Well appointed and nicely decorated building the the Gourmet quarter, very professional staff who has been very helpful throughout with advice and arrangements. Rooms are nice and spacious. Interiors have a nice historical character, breakfast and restaurant are really nice with a semi open patio

Hotel was lovely - had a boutique hotel feel with great service. Situated in a lovely area - very safe and great to have so many exceptional restaurants on your doorstep. Also walkable to both Parque93 and Chapinero, which we did several times. Enjoyed an evening in Boulevardier - really charming service and great drinks. The only negative for me was the breakfast - so incredibly expensive, when there are such amazing and considerably cheaper options.

Expectations always run high when it concerns a stay at a Four Seasons hotel, but this property disappoints in multiple respects: 1. the property was built as a private residence in what was an extraordinary mansion-filled street, but most of those homes are gone, and the street is no longer all that nice, even though it is near a lot of good restaurants. 2. Because the property required reworking to make it into a hotel, there are steps everywhere, and they can be treacherous because they are all rather dark wood. 3. The staff tried to help us make tour reservations, but they were not all that competent; and all the tours they arranged were *very* expensive. Much better to book directly with Viator, in our personal experience after doing it each way twice this week. 4. The rooms are fine but nothing special. Compared to the hotel in Cartagena where we stayed right before flying to Bogota, the FS rooms are little better than average other than the bathrooms which are very nicely appointed albeit with only one sink. 5. Because it is on a busy street, there is a lot of street noise that repeatedly woke us at night. That said, the bed, pillows and linens were excellent. Lunch in the bar was good - we had multiple courses of local specialties and the service was top notch. I particularly like Hanz, an energetic young bartender. And some of the best restaurants in Bogota are within a mile of the property.

Thank you so much for the warm welcome to your enchanting hotel. Both our stays were superb! The entire staff made us feel like we were at home. We want to mention some of you that stood out. Pedro at reception. Hernan and Marcos for taking care of the fireplace, Natalia for the talks about the delicious Colombian fruits and breads. Hans for the tasty cocktails, Nicolas and Nicolas, Juan Diego at the restaurant, Fabio for driving us around. We know when we visit Bogota again in the future Casa Medina will be our home away from home. Lino and Donald

Lovely boutique-style hotel. However, not quite up to the Four Seasons experience we have come to expect. Front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful! Our room, #301, was nice, but a bit understated. No view to speak of. Small bathroom with no storage space, but a nice walk-in shower. Bed was very comfortable and what we’ve come to expect of a Four Seasons. Disappointed in the food - OK, but nothing special, although there are many excellent, walkable restaurants nearby. Was disappointed in the overall area. Not much out side of the restaurants to see. Wish we had opted for a hotel in a more happening area, although we did feel very safe walking about here.
