Outstanding Stay in a Perfect Location
The staff at NH Collection Royal Teleport are exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering a sleek and comfortable atmosphere in a prime central location. It’s within walking distance of the charming neighborhood of Usaquén, known for its excellent restaurants and bars, as well as the Santa Ana and Santa Bárbara shopping malls. Families will appreciate the two nearby playgrounds for kids. The hotel boasts fantastic amenities, including a lovely pool, jacuzzi, and a relaxing spa. However, the standout feature is the incredible buffet breakfast. The selection is both extensive and delicious, with fresh fruits and juices that are truly the highlight. NH Collection Royal Teleport is a perfect choice for a stay that blends comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

Nice breakfast, rooms, spa and gym
Very good breakfast, rooms, spa and gym. The breakfast has a wide selection of fruits and juices. The staff is very nice, especially Gloria who serves good coffee. The gym and pool are also top class. A special thank you to the spa staff as well.

A tired property with paint peeling off the walls. If you have GHA Loyalty Status (I'm Titanium), don't expect any recognition for it.

Great service for vegans
The breakfast was amazing and i got great help with the staff, especially Gloria, who helped me with vegan options! Helpful staff and good breakfast for vegans too. There might not be labels on foods but u can ask, and if there is no plantbased options out they might be able to get something from the kitchen if u ask nicely

Nice hotel
This hotel is very clean, all staff was very cordios and helpful. The rooms are clean, nice and comfortable. The gym is complete and the breakfast is excellent.
