NH Collection Bogota Teleport Royal

A tired property with paint peeling off the walls. If you have GHA Loyalty Status (I'm Titanium), don't expect any recognition for it.

The breakfast was amazing and i got great help with the staff, especially Gloria, who helped me with vegan options! Helpful staff and good breakfast for vegans too. There might not be labels on foods but u can ask, and if there is no plantbased options out they might be able to get something from the kitchen if u ask nicely

This hotel is very clean, all staff was very cordios and helpful. The rooms are clean, nice and comfortable. The gym is complete and the breakfast is excellent.

I stayed at the NH Collection Teleport with my family last month for 10 days. It is a very nice hotel in a great location to everything. We had a very nice room on the top floor and were very comfortable. The hotel team is really what made our stay over the top. They have an outstanding daily breakfast that features everything you would want when you start your day. What separated this experience was the team that work so hard every morning ensuring you have what you need and really are happy to please you. Gloria & Nestor, and the entire breakfast team went above and beyond to make sure our coffee was filled and we had all the little treats that would come out of the kitchen. They would always be smiling and quick to make sure we were quite simply, happy each day. They really made a difference! Well done and thank you! Chef Sandra not only is a tops in her field but she is an even better person. She puts out some of the best food I have had and there is something for everyone! She would come out to speak with us each morning and is just a superb human being. Rosaua was always there making sure we were doing okay and was so helpful with us upon our arrival. Again, Rosaua, made a difference each morning with such a positive attitude and gave a lot of her time to us each and every day. Thank you to everyone! The Ten 10 Bar bartenders Nidia & Juan Pablo were just the coolest to hang out with each time we were in for an Aguila! They are fantastic bartenders but really had superb personalities to match. The gym is very well appointed and has what you need to keep the kilos down! The team in the Spa were wonderful and I had a few deep tissue massages that were phenomenal! The housekeeping team could not have been better as they had our room in perfect order every day and we really appreciated everything you did for us. If you are looking for a very nice hotel that has pretty much anything you need, look no further than the NH Collection Teleport in Bogota! See you again soon!!! J, C, &the girls!!!

We had a great time as a family. Tatiana provided an excellent service. The breakfast had many delicious options and the atmosphere of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel is placed in a very nice zone of Bogotá. The amenities inside the room are also quite comfortable.
