Boston Harbor Hotel

I'd say it's 10 out of 10 (or even 11 out of 10). The location is great, not only to see the harbor but also to walk around the attractions in downtown. The service, amenities, and staffs are superb. Rooms and everywhere are so clean and beautifully coordinated everywhere. It was my 2nd visit to Boston Harbor Hotel this time, and I'm sure I'll stay in the same place in my future visits as well. You'll be impressed by the kind and professional help that the staff members offer to you. Simply the best!

We had a wonderful stay. Housekeeping and room service were excellent and went the extra mile. My daughter enjoyed choosing a stuffy upon arrival and kept it with her our entire trip. All staff members we encountered were polite and friendly. The location worked well for our needs and we loved being able to walk along the harbor side or street as both were accessible options. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

We always love the Boston Harbor Hotel. The service is amazing. Many of the employees have been there for years. The location is right on the water and easy walking distance to the seaport district, Faneuil Hall, and the north end. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is great and always accommodates our large party. Janice is our favorite server for breakfast. We also love Mary Ellen in the Dark Bar.

Great hotel for families! It’s a beautiful hotel in a great waterfront location. Clean sunny rooms with every amenity. Every single staff person was friendly & accommodating! We’ve stayed at every 5-star hotel in Boston. This is our favorite!

Five nights at Boston Harbor and the service was excellent throughout. The little surprises set it apart: nightly turndown, a glasses cleaner, bookmark, and cord holder in the room, and extra treats with every in-room dining order. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the robe was a lovely touch, the view was fantastic, and the room layout was well thought out. The gym is spacious and updated.
