Boston Harbor Hotel

We came for a family trip on a recommendation and we are so happy we did. It begins with the Doorman every time saying good morning, hello, good evening. The Cleaning ladies are very thorough and smile. Say hello. Good morning. Everyone smiles. Says hello. The Room is very clean and room service is amazing. The little details like slippers, lotions, lighting, curtains and the protectors under the slippers/sunglasses etc We spoke to Natalie the morning of 8/1 and explained we had some issues with our room and she quickly searched for alternative accommodations and found a similar room just one floor below which we have been very happy. She was very apologetic and acted quickly which we really appreciated. That level of service is very hard to find nowadays. Room service was very easy to order and it came quickly. The presentation is over the top with everything - having a white tablecloth down to the little miniature condiments is very memorable. Even all of the little extra touches such as the stuffed animal for children when you check in and the complementary waters at the front. It's just such a memorable experience for us and our family when we came.

Our stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel was more than just a weekend getaway—it was a return to a place that holds a special place in our hearts. In 2005, I proposed to my wife aboard the Odyssey, which was docked right outside the hotel. Coming back over 20 years later and staying here brought back so many wonderful memories. Before we even arrived, Demetri went above and beyond to help us reserve one of the best harbor view rooms. Looking out over the harbor each morning and seeing the very spot where we got engaged made this stay unforgettable. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. We also loved relaxing at the hotel bar after spending the day exploring Boston. Thank you to Demetri and the entire Boston Harbor Hotel team for making such a meaningful visit even more memorable. We came back to celebrate the place where our story began and left with even more great memories. We can’t wait to return.

My daughter and I had the most wonderful stay at the Boston Harbor Hotel. It came highly recommended and the hotel exceeded our expectations! The room was fabulous! Clean, modern and with well appointed amenities. A view of the harbor was absolutely delightful! The service was superlative from our room attendant, to the concierge, front desk, and even private use of the hotel car! The location was outstanding, a short walk to most every historic site. Breakfast & dinner in the main dining room were outstanding as was the service. We were delighted each day with unexpected gifts in our room as well. We truly felt pampered!
