Great Boston hotel option
Very helpful staff. Rooms, beds are very comfortable. Halls, floors, elevators, rooms all very clean, well kept. Great views of the city. Close to various restaurants, shops. Close to Prudential Center, universities. Close to Logan airport

Amazing front desk staff
I always have the most amazing stay here. The front desk staff is welcoming, always follow my requests, the place is clean and very convenient . But to me it’s the staff Darin , Mike and the rest of the staff has always been awesome . I always stay here when in town .

Lily went above and beyond her regular duties to help us out! She definitely should be promoted! She is a very lovely young woman and has much potential in the hotel industry. We stayed at the colonnade because we had tickets to the Pops. Everything ran very smoothly. The front desk people were also very professional, but like I said, Lily went above and beyond.

Comfy hotel with the best staff!
Such a gorgeous hotel!! The staff is so welcoming and views were impeccable. We appreciated Darin, Mike & Aiden’s help checking in, as well as their awesome recommendations! The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable!! The hotel is located in a great location with tons of nearby food options as well!
