Battery Wharf Hotel

Fabulous location, friendly staff and great rooms. Valet was easy, close to the TD Garden, the North End and Faneuil Hall. Safe, convenient and a beautiful location. Even close to coffee in the morning, yet I wish I had breakfast at the hotel. Always make reservations for dinner & breakfast!

my wife and I spent new years eve 2024 at the Battery Wharf Holel in Boston for the 3rd year in a row. We again loved it, everyone was so good to us especially Bhakti, she made the reservation for us and said she would try to get us into the main building....well she did, we had a great room with a great view....on our last morning, i went to the front desk and once again she was there and i asked for additional time in the room which she granted to us with no problem at all, we have coffee in the hotel almost every saturday morning and when she is on duty, she is always smiling and so pleasant to us....thank you Bhakti, you made our stay extra special and we will return.

My fiancé and I decided to splurge and stay here for one night for our first time in Boston. The location was great, but the service and extra charges were not. They charge $55 per night to park your car without stating that upfront. They also charge a $25 “hotel fee” which the front desk attendant couldn’t specify to me what that was for. The front desk attendant was unfriendly and unhelpful in general. The room only came with one robe and vanity kit, so I asked if we could get one more for my fiancé too and she said she would let housekeeping know. After 20 minutes I called again and she put me on hold without asking and then when I asked about the robe and vanity kit, she said housekeeping was probably gone for the night and wouldn’t get to it until the morning without offering other options like me going down to get it myself or her bringing it up. The coffee machine in the room also didn’t work which was the cherry on top of a really disappointing stay at Battery Wharf Hotel.

Love the Battery Wharf Hotel. This is the third time I have stayed with my family and each time the experience has been awesome. The location is perfect, the view of the harbor are great, the staff is incredible and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Can't wait to go back!

Bahti was super helpful! Enjoyed the property, right on the water. The room was great and a quick walk to restaurants and bars. Coast guard is next door so plenty of boats to watch in the harbor. Definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful property in Boston!
