Great Location for the North End

Nice location and very clean. Front desk staff could work on being a little more warm and fuzzy and welcoming. It's a dog friendly hotel and room rates fluctuate, so do your homework. Plan accordingly for the bar closes at 10pm and not much is a few step away for a cocktail.

I have stayed at this hotel many times but this time around I found the hotel and the room to be very outdated and run down. They also charged me for someone elses dinner bill. I dont think I will ever stay here again. Too many other good options in that price range to compromise.

Watch out for valet parking issues!!!

We were charged for valet parking when we did not have a car at the hotel. I had to prove myself through Uber receipts before they would refund my money. It was very disappointing from a high-end hotel. The valet manager "Bob" said that he "distinctly remembered" giving me a valet receipt and returning keys to a car. That was a total fabrication as we did not have a car parked at the hotel. They had to review footage of our stay in addition to my proof with Uber receipts before they would believe me. Our stay was great until then, but having to prove to them that I did not have a car parked there to get my money refunded left a bad taste... I did not expect this from a supposed "high-end" hotel... We will not stay her again or recommend it to anyone that we know.

The perfect Boston experience!

I simply can’t say enough favorable things about my experience! I’m not someone that writes many reviews in general yet wanted to share how pleasant my stay was. The staff, location, cleanliness, and overall vibe could not be better and exceeded what I wanted in my stay in Boston in every way! I easily walked to the Bruins game, waterfront, and the historical sites, while enjoying the time in between being in the room.

Complete Apathy from Hotel Staff

Was looking forward to the stay but fell flat. The overall attitude of the staff towards our situation came to a surprise to me and my wife. We received none of the services or hospitality we paid for. And in the end, we felt embarrassed and shocked on the response the hotel staff during check-in
