Hotel Accommodation
This was our first trip to Boston. Bhakti welcomed us with hospitality and grace. absolutely amazing hospitality. The best customer service. Helped with lodging and dinner. Places to see. We needed help with reservations and she helped right away. Wonderful host.

The staff is all really great! We were helped by Bhakti and Johnathan and they were super helpful. They helped us with early check in and answered all our questions. Looking forward to the rest of our stay in Boston. This seems like a great hotel!

Don’t stay here
Don’t stay there. Furniture beat up, water view room was obliterated by a big bush, and it was on the first floor. Not much water to be seen through all that. Plus the phone didn’t work for the whole visit and although they promised someone would come and fix it they never did. Three times I asked. Not a big deal except I couldn’t call anybody within the hotel without using my cell phone very inconvenient .

Bhakt is the best!!
I love the Battery Warf Hotel. Bhakt always greets me with a smile and provides only the best-in-class service whenever I arrive. The rooms are beautiful and always clean. The location is an ideal place and walking distance to the some of he best areas in little Italy.
