Best hotel in Boston! Clean, comfortable, great location near everything you may need. This is my second visit and I must say that the customer service is exceptional. Ryan and Heather went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I can’t wait to be back!

I always enjoy staying at the AKA Back Bay. This time was especially good with Ryan going above and beyond to help me get my iPhone back after it had gotten caught up in the laundry after check out and ended up on the other side of town. Phew! Thanks again Ryan! Always love the breakfast at Back Bay.

The hotel was a great value - great location, nice rooms and public spaces, and amazing service. Ryan in particular was exemplary - he helped iron out an issue with our room. He was so prompt, so thorough and so helpful. He kept checking in on us long after the issue was resolved.

AKA provides a very nice experience. Clean beautiful rooms, great location, and top notch service. I couldn't recommend aka more. If you're in a city and unsure where to stay, look for an AKA, you won't be disappointed. I plan on returning next year for the seafood show, and any other time I find myself in Boston.
