We stayed two nights at the Aka Back Bay to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was fantastic! We were warmly welcomed by Enisa upon check in who provided some recommendations and offered help with reservations. We also got a lovely room which was comfortable and very clean. FD team efficiently helped with few of my requests and nothing seemed to be an issue. Rooms service and housekeeping were also very efficient and helpful! It was a pleasant surprise to discover Aka Hotel brand, look forward to our next stay!

First time staying here and we'll definitely be back. We stayed for 3 nights/4 days and had a memorable stay. Rooms are impeccable, spacious and very comfortable and the hotel has this great boutique feeling. Staff is very friendly and the location absolutely ideal!

I would not stay here again for several reasons, all related to basic comfort. The beds are double (full) size, which is inadequate for a family. Worse, the windows are poorly designed and let in a LOT of street noise. We were on the top floor and were woken up by street noise several times each night. We have stayed in NY many times and have never been in a hotel this loud, despite that being a much noisier city. Finally, the window coverings are essentially sheers that only very partially block light. There is no opaque window covering on the windows, which means that lights in nearby buildings and from ambient city lights shine into your room. The location is convenient but for $500+ per night, you can do better.

This hotel has a very modern feel and is in a great location for touring the city of Boston! We were able to take a short walk or quick Uber ride to anything we wanted to get to during our 2-day stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for anything we needed.

Greatest Hotel you’ve never heard of. The place was clean, smart and aesthetically, pleasing and design. The people were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The rooms were spectacular and the bathrooms were even better. If you’re looking for a luxury type of hotel setting, this is the one.
