Great stay!
What a great staff. I double booked through their website and a third party one, and they worked hard to remedy the situation. The staff is hardworking and very personable. Management is great, too. The hotel is nice and clean. I was visiting the area to visit colleges with my daughter. We will definitely return to stay here the next time we are in Boston.

What a gem of a hotel! From the moment we entered, we were greeted warmly by Jeff. We received thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants as well as bottled water and snacks up on arrival. The room was spacious, clean, and most importantly--blissfully quiet. All is all, a wonderful stay!

Fantastic Hotel!
We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Commonwealth and can’t wait to come back! The space is beautiful - well appointed, impeccably clean, and very inviting. The location of the hotel is really fantastic as well - with easy access to absolutely anything in the city. We walked everywhere! The hotel staff were incredibly gracious and made us feel so welcome. Thanks for a great stay!

I’m not a review writer but I must say that Alejandra at the front desk was outstanding. Kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone at the front desk has been wonderful. And, the entire lobby is being refurbished. I’m sure it will be a lovely upgrade.

Best place to stay near BU
I have only had great experiences the Hotel Commonwealth. My son is a student at BU and we have stayed 5 times over the past couple of years. The hotel is well run, has an excellent location, the rooms are big, and all the people are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend Hotel Commonwealth.
