Very pleasant!
We had a pleasant stay! The staff were friendly and the services were great! Font desk was able to check us in early! The room was nice (except the mattress was too soft for us) and clean! The beverage fridge (well stocked with cans of water) on the side of the pool was an excellent touch! We enjoyed the whirlpool and sauna as well! Their breakfast was yummy, especially crispy potatoes! The only complaint we had was the low quality toilet paper! Be careful with it but remember to take advantage of their pillow service! You can choose different types of pillows for the night! Overall, we highly recommend the hotel!

Horrible Management
Had the worst experience at this hotel the manager won’t give me the front desk guy’s name that I had the worst experience with. He is probably 60 years old with glasses. Treated me horribly thinking I was scamming my way there. So embarrassing. Was in town for one night for a business meeting. Will never be back. Management didn’t do anything to help.

Great location and hospitality
This hotel is the epitome of "approachable luxury", especially thanks to the welcoming staff. The hospitality shown by each and every staff is what brings this hotel to life. I would definitely recommend The Langham to anyone and everyone. Also, the hotel is located in a fabulous area: it's close enough to walk to a lot of different areas in Boston within 10 minutes, but it also feels quiet and safe in the immediate surrounding area of office buildings.

Langham Boston is an Amazing Experience!
We always book our reservations with the Langham Boston for the extreme cleanliness and pleasurable experience throughout the hotel. The restaurants are amazing! The Grana dining is an experience on its own. The staff is so welcoming and goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. If you want to have a perfect hotel experience, look no further.

Beautiful, immaculate and conveniently located. The staff were incredible. We will be returning! We only stayed one night but regretted not being able to stay longer.
