Please feel comfortable booking The Langham for your stay in Boston! The staff was wonderful - welcoming, friendly, and helpful every time we spoke. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We had room service breakfast and it was terrific. Our stay was great start to finish, and the hotel is worth the price. You get the luxury you're paying for. Will return next time in town!

Service, location and rooms were fantastic. We enjoyed our view of Boston’s winter wonderland from our 7th floor room and the Executive lounge. Lounge was a clean relaxing space with friendly staff and snack. Also plenty of seating & beverages to choose from. Nice place to hang out, grab a hot coffee & read a book too.

We’ve visited twice in the last month and both stays were phenomenal. All of the hotel staff are friendly and welcoming from the doorman to concierge, they go above and beyond to create a good experience. The heated indoor pool and jacuzzi are especially great during the winter season and the hotel is centrally located to most things a tourist would want to be doing. Using Amex FHR, we consistently get room upgrades and the free breakfast plus $125 credit provides a lot of value (especially for a single night stay). Grana is excellent for brunch and we love how quick the room service is. We’ve yet to stay in any of their suites, but the King rooms are fantastic with great bathrooms and Diptyque products. Both the 5th and 9th floor offered good views and each room was well maintained and clean.

Absolutely beautiful architecture, interior design, furniture, original artwork. We ate and drank at both the fed and grana and it was all delicious, amazing service. Hotel staff was all beyond wonderful and kind and really made they stay so special. The bed and bedding and towels were all great and they have dyptique body lotion which I'm obsessed with. The gym has a good selection of equipment. Walking distance from lots in Boston.

Our 3 night stay in November was marked by a series of disappointing incidents that unfortunately left us feeling underwhelmed given their reputation. The hotel has charm in abundance, and the Executive Lounge was a standout, but other forward facing staff were found lacking (multiple questions/inquiries sent by email and text went unanswered prior to check-in, a request for a coat left in a valet parked car took over 45 minutes to retrieve leaving me without a coat for an entire evening on a VERY cold day, and dysfunctional lights in our room were just a few of the issues). There are simply better options in Boston at this price point (Boston Harbor Hotel, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental),
