I recently stayed at The Langham Boston and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, holding our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed us to make the most of our time in the city. The service was impeccable—housekeeping even came by after hours to provide fresh towels, coffee, and water. The rooms were exceptional, with thoughtful touches like plush robes, house slippers, and a complimentary shoe-shine service. The in-room coffee maker was a highlight, even offering cappuccino options. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive, making our stay feel luxurious and effortless. The lounge offers the Best Old Fashion! If you’re visiting Boston, I highly recommend The Langham for its outstanding service and comfortable, well-appointed accommodations.

We use the Langham for our company F2F Meetings and I have now stayed here 3 times and have really enjoyed the experience. Located close to central Boston with walkable distance to train stations (including South Station) and good collection of restaurants. The hotel itself is very comfortable (room, amenities, including gym and pool) and the service has always been excellent. Very nice restaurant and bar to meet people for happy hour or dinner.

First time at a Langham, likely won't be the last. Michele Grosso, the property's managing director, and his team have much to be proud of. We were fortunate enough to enjoy one of the unique — and charm exuding — bi-level suites which included access to the Langham Club lounge on the 8th floor. — Room/Common Areas — The build quality — materials, design, details — is perfection. The various moldings, the books, sculpture, & cases that populated the built-in shelves, the vanity area upstairs — all a chef's kiss. Legrand Adorne (if you know, you know) electrical fixtures, lighting execution perfection including a nightlight schema inclusive of stair, under bedside table, under bathroom vanity, and even toilet bowl illumination. Just gorgeous. The weight of the upstairs bathroom pocket door is one example of how no expense was spared in the building/renovating of this hotel. Slick volume control in bathroom that plays the sound from the TV in the primary sleeping area... I could go on. Inch thick towels and luxe bathrobes which, even at high end properties, can sometimes feel starchy and scratchy — not these. Michele saw to it that there were kid-sized bathrobes and slippers provided — my son was over the moon. The bed and pillows were equally comfortable if not flawless. The Club itself is simply perfect. The food, ambiance, furnishings were top shelf which almost seems like an understatement. Truly. Fresh flowers on the windowsills, games for the kids to play... The food: a full-on spread which was constantly refreshed and beautifully presented. Not once did I observe something that had 'run out' or that had looked 'picked over.' — Service Highlights — We checked in late, after 8pm, and Alex at the front desk was very gracious — needed after a 3 hour journey with our 9 & 12 year old kids in tow. A housekeeper saw our crew leaving the room Saturday AM to visit the lounge for breakfast. She asked if we'd like the room serviced while we were gone. Perfect! Was nice to come back an hour or so later to a 'magically' refreshed space. The housekeeping during our visit was impeccable — branded charging cord wraps, an organizational tray for small items, shoes organized whenever we returned from being out... high end lovely. Nelson in the lounge is a gift — we saw him both mornings of our stay. He has the touch. Maria, who manned the omelet station also both mornings, went out of her way to to hand deliver what she had prepared for me — I won't forget her kindness anytime soon. Finally, another Maria — this time the evening lounge attendant — was equally exemplary — introducing herself, doting on us, and ensuring we did not want for anything. Nelson, Maria, and Maria represent the best of what it means to provide exceptional service and are wonderful ambassadors for the Langham brand. Finally, at one point during our stay, Michele personally addressed a matter for us expediently, expertly, and without question — on a Saturday no less. I cannot express adequately enough in words how above and beyond Michele and his team went to ensure our family had nothing but an absolute sublime stay. Thank you, Michele. — Extras — Don’t miss the s’mores-inspired skillet cookies—absolutely amazing. If I had to pick on something, the indoor pool/hot tub showed its age slightly yet was easily still a treat for the family.

What can I say except it is a 5 star hotel similar to what I’ve experienced at let’s say a Four Seasons. This is my 2nd or 3rd time staying here for business, over the past 15 years. It is in the downtown/financial area of Boston so it’s pretty quiet at night. It has a lot of the little amenities such as free overnight shoe shine, laundry and turn down service. You get 2 robes and slippers. The room has an elegant little cupboard with a coffee maker AND a tea kettle (I usually don’t see the kettle) and a small refrigerator. You can ask for a special pillow (down, micro gel, memory foam, scented). I tried the micro gel. It is large enough to hotel a conference and there is a restaurant on site as well. Within a few blocks, there are some fast casual places, a CVS and some restaurants so its not completely dead. And its always nice that they know who you are when you call so you don’t have to repeat your name or room number.
