The Lenox has a great location - 1/2 mile to Cheers bar and Boston Commons, and there are several great restaurants (Saltie Girl is especially good) within a very short walking distance. Visiting the Boston Library (just round the corner) is highly recommended too. It's a fabulous building. The best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and efficient. There were lots of extras - chocolates in the room, breakfast at Sweeney's (delicious), drinks & snacks in Irving's Bar (great service), lovely ambience in the foyer with a fireplace. There are hot drinks provided in the Foyer but not in the rooms.

Done 3 nights in Lenox and would happily recommend. Great location, clean spacious room and staff on reception always happy to help and offer recommendations. Didn't use the bars in hotel as ate out but they looked good. Hotel a 5/10 min stroll to Boston common and downtown. Got a fireplace room and didn't use fire as we were out and about and you need to stay in room to use. Been to a few hotels in NYC and this would easily come out on top

Lovely hotel, kind & helpful staff, comfy beds & all the amenities you could need plus a great location for everything the area has to offer. As first time travellers to Boston this hotel was perfect for our needs and a great start to our New England road trip We will be back soon, hopefully, to simply explore Boston.

Recently stayed in this venue for an event at the MGM Music Hall. What can I say other than I had a fantastic stay. We arrived to Boston with alternative stay plans that fell through and we needed something last minute. I got an excellent rate on a room at this hotel through trivago however it was a room with one bed and we needed 2 beds but figured we would make do. Upon check in the lovely lady on check in upgraded our room to a twin room with 2 queen beds on the 10th floor with no extra charge without any fuss. Everyone we dealt with at the concierge/reception desk was 10/10 whether it was the day or night crew. Free bottles of water offered all the time. The hotel itself is stunning. The warm fire in the lobby a welcome reprieve from the cold. The room was incredibly comfortable. The mattress is on par with the best 5* hotels I've stayed in through work. The room was clean with a shower/bath combo with excellent pressure. The towels were criminally soft (a good thing) Tv had built in chrome cast so in room entertainment is no issue. Lindt chocolates on arrival to room a welcome surprise. The doormen I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Lastly the location is excellent. Everywhere is within walking distance for people who are active. MGM music hall/Fenway park a 20 minute walk one direction with boston commons park 10-15 mins walk the other direction. If I ever stay in Boston again I would 100% visit once again.

The Lenox is a wonderful hotel! It is in a great location. (We actually took Amtrak to Boston and the hotel is about 3 blocks from the Back Bay Station.) The room we were given was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly. We got a great rate by going through stashrewards.com for booking and also received an upgrade when we checked in. Thank you to Stash and The Lenox!
