Wonderful hospitality
The Liberty is located in an excellent location near the water with access to the public transit right in front. My friend and I enjoyed shopping and eating up and down the adjacent Beacon Street. Mirko, the concierge at The Liberty, was extremely helpful with our restaurant/ bar selections, and helped us plan out our vacation activities in each area of the city. His knowledge of Boston combined with his extreme hospitality were very appreciated at this unique hotel. Book your trip at The Liberty and ask for Mirko's assistance.

Five diamond Concierge, Mirko
This review is to give a shout out to Mirko, one of the Concierge at The Liberty. I recently began booking my boss there when his hotel of choice (closer to the office), was sold out. Mirko has been extremely attentive, personally blocks his room, arranges car service if needed and most recently was able to get him a last-minute badly needed early check-in (even the big boss needs some extra shut-eye). I left Mirko a message and then just in case he was not working that day, I called the Front Desk to ask, but Mirko was already on top of the request. Well done!

Up all night. Loud heat. Loud street.
I don’t write many reviews. I wanted to be halfway to MIT and halfway to Northeastern. So this was central. It’s not 5* despite google saying it is. I don’t see how it’s 4*. Room is tiny and dark. Like no light. Room faced the eye and ear hospital. Maybe they had ear plugs? Too close to major road. The heat can’t be regulated. Asked for fork and knife for my dinner I brought from outside and was handed a plastic fork and knife. The valet guy is very nice if not overdressed. Thought old prison would be kitschy alas the lobby smells like old musty person and the whole place gives off convention vibes. Bonvoy - this shouldn’t be in a luxury collection. Maybe I’m just grumpy since I’ve slept 2 hours.

CJ and Team! Rock Stars ! The best Valet And Doorman Ever!!!
We must say . Again another wonderful stay. CJ and his team of valet and Door man are the rock stars of this place. From the start they set the tone for a wonderful time. They are so helpful and the coolness and vibe are the best. The best team we have seen in our travels. You are lucky to have such a good group of employee's ! Michael Western Mass 413 !

As we live in the area, we don’t stay in town as often as other places. However, the Liberty is worth returning to often! The warm welcome from the valet—in tandem with the cheerful & efficient check-in, made for a seamless arrival. This experience was immediately elevated upon meeting the Chef Concierge, Mirko. He truly epitomizes the definition of hospitality! His personability & resources clearly explain his tenure with the hotel. Mirko is an invaluable asset at an extraordinary hotel. His personal touch at such a special boutique hotel made all the difference. Many thanks to Mirko & the entire Liberty Hotel team—we hope to be back sooner than later! Happy Halloween 🎃 👻
