The Dogs Love it Here!
Another fabulous stay at the Mandarin! A couple times a year we love to stay here for a night away. The hotel staff is attentive to any need you may have. Everyone is extremely welcoming and polite. The best part was they had put beds, a welcome cookie tray, bowls, and bottled water in the room for the dogs. We ordered from the in-room dining menu and ordered cocktails from the bar. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. I would highly recommend the Mandarin Experience to anyone!

Five star experience!
No detail left out. Amazing pastry for my birthday made me really feel special! Super comfortable beds. Amazing tub, extremely friendly staff who are always around to assist. So very pet friendly. My dog wanted for nothing: bed, bowl, water, treats!! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Boston!

Right on Boylston
Great Hotel! Consistency is very important. The location is one of the best, as long as you like being right in the mix. Getting service took a little longer than usual. Boston had its Christmas spirit showing. Charming ambiance. The mall is right next door.

Amazing stay and will return
This hotel is very luxurious and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is impeccably maintained and the rooms are very spacious and extremely comfortable. The location was great and our favorite in Boston. It’s so close to newbury street which was the location was favoured. The bedding was amazing and we understand now why you have the option to purchase the bedding from a store in the lobby. The hotel is attached to a mall and you dont need to go outside to get into the mall (there is an entrance/exit direct to the hotel) and this was great for us as we were visiting in March. 10/10 recommend
