My stay at the Mandarin Oriental Boston was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful and spacious. There is no service like what is offered at this hotel in Boston. The location provides an unmatched experience, the service is impeccable and I am truly looking forward to my next stay!

Exceptional Experience

We had an excellent stay! From the moment we walked in the door, we were blown away by the caliber of service. We were greeted by the hotel manager, Jason, and checked in by the front office manager, Kevin. Both were warm and welcoming, and helped get our visit off to a great start! We loved our room, especially the comfortable bed and pillows. The Valentine’s Day amenity was a wonderful surprise! Overall, we can’t wait to book our next stay.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Back Bay

I stayed here with my fiance for a Valentines celebration and we had a lovely stay! We enjoyed the amenities in the spa- crystal steam room, whirlpool, relaxation room. The prudential center connects which is so convenient- loved being able to shop and walk around without needing to brave freezing cold! Comfortable bed- we overlooked the “garden” size which was quieter. Our room was cozy and we felt snuggled up- ordered desert and room service to our room which was prompt and all the service staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I wish we were able to book a spa service but phone lines were down a few days before we arrived… but will absolutely do this next time. The spa is remarkable- be sure to enjoy the amenities even if you don’t have a service. Complimentary coffee+ tea and fitness center was also nice! I’d absolutely come back. Thank you so much!

We loved our time in Boston, especially at Mandarin Oriental! Everyone was so kind and helpful, Thank you so much for the great activity and restaurant recommendations. The Breakfasts were delicious and staff was ready with assistance if needed. The rooms were gorgeous and we had wonderful turndown services. Thank you for making my mums birthday with that amazing amenity, she felt so special!
