This spa is one of, if not the best spa in Boston. I’ve been coming regularly for over 10 years. It’s clean, high-end and peaceful. Pricey but a notch above the rest - worth every penny. As oasis in the city, we highly recommend. Great for solo days, romantic escapes or a treat with your Mom or BFF.

The staff at the Mandarin hotel are wonderful! Friendly staff that gets answers quickly! Be sure to enjoy the coffee and mini muffins in the lobby. Paul at the front desk was very welcoming during my time at the Mandarin. Also there is the BEST boutique in the lobby area that is a must see!

High level of service - excellent staff. Only stayed one night, but from the moment I pulled up on Boylston, they approached the car, took my bag, opened the door and greeted me at the front desk. Excellent stay. Have tried most of the luxury hotels in Boston, service at MO is the best so far!

Relaxing Stay before a Joyous Occasion

We had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental Boston last Thursday night, as we prepared for our daughter to welcome her first child the next day. It’s always been our favorite hotel, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The service was warm and welcoming, the room was incredibly comfortable, and it was the perfect place to relax before such an exciting day.
