Restaurants on-site (street car and contessa) are exquisite. Service was impeccable. Staff is all very professional and courteous, as well as prompt! The accommodations were luxurious and beds were extremely comfortable. The cleanliness and quality of our stay could not have been improved!

Beautiful accommodations, helpful staff and unique upscale ambience!
On a visit to Boston for the first time, a friend and I stayed at the lovely Newbury Hotel! We were greeted by friendly and proficient staff and stayed in a beautiful king room facing the Public Gardens. We visited the Street Bar for yummy cocktails and food and especially appreciated the guest lounge for morning coffee and an evening class of vino! Would recommend to anyone visiting Boston!

Perfect location great service
Absolute perfect stay. Location is great, across from Boston Gardens, subway 2 blocks away, great shopping on Newbury St., great dining and bar at the hotel, tons of great restaurants in walking distance, great hotel staff, and felt very safe and secure.

Elegant Stay at The Newbury Boston – Perfect Location & Exceptional Service
We recently stayed at The Newbury Boston, and overall, we had a wonderful experience! The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful décor and a sophisticated atmosphere. The location was a major highlight—perfectly situated with easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and Boston Public Garden right across the street, which made for lovely walks. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, offering both comfort and style. We especially appreciated the thoughtful details that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything we needed. From the elegant ambiance to the exceptional service, The Newbury Boston provided a fantastic stay. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in the city!

Luxurious and Beautiful Stay at The Newbury
My husband and I did an overnight to the Newbury, and had dinner and breakfast at Contessa's upstairs. The hotel more than honored the perks available with our credit card and upgraded us to a gorgeous suite with a park view and fireplace. We were greeted with complimentary sweets and water. The food at Contessa's upstairs was superb (book your table well in advance!). We didn't have time to enjoy the fitness center, library/lounge or street bar but I'm sure all are terrific. There is literally a menu for the type of wood you would like to order with a fireplace butler who lights the fire for you. Incredible service!
