Elegant hotel in Back Bay with understated design and genial, efficient service. Excellent breakfast with a view in Contessa and a lively street level bar with space reserved for hotel guests. Perfect Back Bay location at the foot of Newbury Street facing the Public Garden.

A stylish hotel in a great location for exploring the whole of Boston. We were grateful to be upgraded to a wonderful room overlooking the public garden and Newbury St. They have a lovely gym on the 3rd floor and a rooftop restaurant serving Italian food for all mealtimes. A street level bar completes the set.

Very spacious comfortable room. The house keeping team were extremely diligent.The room was turned over twice a day and the attention to detail was impeccable. The separate bathroom was shower area made moving around accessible for anyone with mobility issues. The bed was superkingsize and very comfortable ,and intergaded with various pillows. The lighting of the room was a bit technical tricky at first , but managed to work it out. The only negative aspect was that the room had only an expresso coffee maker- i font drink coffee , but when asked housekeeping for kettle for tea making one was provided , along with tea and milk - so Thankyou for that.

a gem of a hotel from top; management all level of stuff the most professional courteous and accommodating, very clean and neat, stuff are creative and ready to solve any problem, the location is perfect library room extremely convenient and beautiful , very reasonably priced, highly recommending

This hotel was beautifully decorated and clean! Most of the staff were exceptional. Great location with spacious rooms that were comfortable and had great amenities! Food was good. Fitness area was large and well designed. Great options for workout with water and recovery drinks available. We will definitely be back!
