🤮. Nasty, misleading advertising

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Horribleeeeeee!!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 When you enter to the page of the hotel or enter to reserve a night, the hotel has a nice pool, what a surprise you need €35 if you wanna use!! Really crazy and detestable, the argument is “is not part of the hotel, is a spa “ really nasty to pur the pool in the pictures and charge.

Let down by the lack of care and rules in the spa

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The rooms were nice and quiet. Pillows very soft though (too soft it was a little uncomfortable/unsupportive!) and the room was very hot with a temperamental air con unit. We were surprised there wasn’t a kettle in the room so we could wake up to a quick coffee. On our final night we did call up for one and they did bring one up, but with how £££ the room is you’d expect access to a kettle at all times, in my opinion. The thing that let our stay down was we went to the spa and there was a six month old baby in the jacuzzi with NO nappy on! After paying an extra €35 each to use the spa, we had hoped for some luxury. I did mention to the staff about this but they didn’t do anything and it put us off going in the two jacuzzis the baby went in. There is a sign with an age limit but no one seems to care, not even the staff. To be honest I’d expect a refund as I felt I couldn’t use the whole spa because of this. Staff friendly and helpful at reception.

Wow amazing experience

The spa beauty treatment was amazing. Well worth the money. Filip was the best. Very relaxing and detailed. My skin feels amazing and I feel really relaxed. Amazing. I had a top notch facial and the whole experience was well worth the money..

Not a good experience

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

I spent 2 nights in this five star hotel on my business trip in Bratislava. The room was dark and it was very warm inside, almost not possible to sleep in there. I complained several times, nobody solved the issue. The staff on check out was not interested in how was my stay so I left the hotel very disappointed.

Poor Service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

The hotel has decent facilities but the service is very mixed. Our check in was just awful. Rude and mistrusting was the vibe. Despite the fact we had paid for our stay in advance we were told as you havent stayed here before we dont know you so we want a payment of 4 nights in the hotel plus extras. Not just our credit card details. I refused and they backed down. We were virtually told off for arriving three hours before check at 3pm. Bearing in mind this is a five star hotel I dont except to be told if you want a taxi you need to organise an Uber yourself. Our Executive room came with access to a lounge on the nineth floor except we couldnt access it with our keys. It is only when we complained that access to the lounge was included in our booking that we were given new keys. Perhaps they hope guests wont use it. We discovered the pool area was not included in our booking and we had to pay e35 per person per visit. Complete rip off and not made clear when we booked. It is a shame because it has the potential to be a good hotel but was not a patch on the Marriott in Warsaw we stayed in a couple of months ago. One of the worst hotels we have stayed at for sometime. Location isnt great you find yourself walking every day the same three quarters of a mile back towards the old town. The positives was it was very clean and some staff were nice to us.
