Set on a eclectic vibrant seafront, Hilton Brighton Metropole perfectly captures the character of this much-loved city and retains a Victorian elegance and charm. From Sunday jazz lunch and modern dining to a spa and health club, this hotel is the perfect base to absorb Brighton's culture and diversity. Even with these contemporary touches, its heritage and character shines through. With a 125 year history, it would be impossible for the hotel not to.

I stayed at the Doubletree Brighton on Good Friday, it was only a brief one night stay however very enjoyable. The Superior sea view room I had on the 5th floor was great, the bed was very comfortable and didn't hear any noise from outside at night. The hotel itself was very clean and fresh, along with very friendly and attentive staff. There was a varied range of items to choose from for breakfast and all of good quality, certainly not your "average " hotel breakfast self service buffet. As it was Easter the front staff were handing out cookies to guests at check in, which I thought was a nice touch. Well done to the Doubletree/ Hilton for striving for high standards and making you feel like you want to return. I know I certainly will be next time I'm in town ( and for longer ) Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this hotel. We had a lovely room with sea view. Breakfast was very good, and we had a couple of nice visits to the bar (including a very good bottomless brunch). The hotel had a great location close to everything including the beach and The Lanes. We could hear noise from the street and the beach in the room, so even though the room was lovely I would prefer another room-type away from the street if I visit this hotel again (as i am a light sleeper).

A truly wonderful 2 night break over Easter bank holiday. Whilst a busy check in there was plenty of staff available to organise everyone swiftly. We enjoyed a snack and a couple of drinks on the terrace at the front as it was such a beautiful day and the staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was spot on couldn't fault it, a great selection and a range of eggs cooked to order I received regular check in messages throughout our stay which was very thoughtful. Our room was a superior queen deluxe I believe with sofa bed. Very spacious and room toiletries were lovely too. Highly recommend this hotel, looking forward to our next visit. Thankyou all.

Stayed here for a 40th birthday. We have stayed here many times before and often reliable. Welcome was lovely with balloons and nice touches in the room. Breakfast is 7/10, as a coeliac very limited choices compared to rivals. Only 2 options for cereals - no croissants or savoury’s, sausages have wheat and items were marked for allergy’s. Room was spacious but very warm at night, HARD pillows. Bar was nice and staff warm. Swimming pool,,, hot tub is dirty and doesn’t seem clean, swimming pool area felt very dated and also not clean. We most likely try another hotel now due to pool and breakfast, man who runs breakfast is great but food is below standard for £300 night!
