We arrived after a very long journey and when the receptionist dashed out to the sidewalk to help us with our luggage we knew we booked something special. The room was beautiful, breakfast was a joy, the nightly chocolate gifts always brought a smile, the spa was a dream. Thank you thank you!

Amazing hotel that exceeds the expectations of a 5star hotel

Our expectations were even exceeded by this hotel. We had some expectations from a 5 star hotel, but thanks to the great staff, food, setting, our experience was even better than expected. It was really a fantastic stay in the romantic city of Bruges! I can really recommend this to hotel to couples, as well for family with kids.
