The most gorgeous hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff was amazing, the room was phenomenal - just overall had the most wonderful time. I wish we could have stayed longer!

You’ll be well cared for here!
Hotel Heritage is a must! The staff was attentive, willing, and caring. We appreciated all of the nice touches, and help. We thought the food was delicious and the service at breakfast and dinner superb. I was worried we wouldn’t have a slot to enjoy the spa because it’s privatized, but it posed no issue whatsoever. We were able to go and it was all set up for us. The location is perfect to sightsee Bruges on foot.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is professional, friendly and always dependable and helpful . The hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast was a real treat. Overall an elegant experience which added to our enjoyment of our Bruges vacation.
