Stayed 1 night with my wife for Valentine's Day. We were well welcomed by the front office staff and check - in was super fast as we already filled in all information via the app. Spacious clean room (around 30m²). Quite atmosphere. We enjoyed the Valentine's dinner at the property with an incredible service from Fathy the F&B Manager at the place. The menu was great and delicious. Nice American breakfast in the morning before returning to "normal" life :-). A great escape and incredible moments.

The room was OK, but it had a bit of a strange smell. It also had a shower that could not be used normally – it was too low for anyone to stand under it and could not be adjusted typically. The location is excellent, and the premises are comfortable overall, but I was left with the impression that this hotel has challenges with its staff and that some details need adjustment. We ordered breakfast to the room on two mornings. First, they forgot to bring everything we had ordered. The next day, they forgot to bring the whole breakfast, and again, some things had to be brought separately, so we were late with our schedule. When I called room service to ask for the breakfast, I got terrible service – the staff member was very arrogant and impolite to me. In the lobby bar, it takes over ten minutes to get service. Once you place an order, it's not fulfilled promptly. When I ordered food and drinks, they aimed to bring the drinks with the food ten minutes later, which made no sense at all. The bar food was average, but I didn't try the actual restaurant. Checkout took some time because one of the staff members didn't know how to use the computer. Some staff members were friendly and had a good attitude, but I'm sorry they must suffer for their colleagues' doings.

The location is definitely a strong point, but while the lobby looks modern and polished, the rooms are in serious need of an update. The shower pressure is quite low, and the water temperature fluctuates unpredictably. The staff experience was mixed—some were genuinely friendly, while others came across as quite arrogant. We had booked multiple rooms for a group, but the hotel mishandled the reservations, assigning the wrong rooms to the wrong guests and incorrectly charging individuals when all payments were supposed to go through our credit card. Breakfast was another frustration. Every morning, guests had to wait in line because the restaurant only opens at 7 AM, too late for a business hotel. A guest-focused manager would recognize this issue and adjust the opening hours accordingly. Overall, while the location is great, there are certainly better hotel options in Brussels.

We found the staff very friendly and efficient. Our room was lovely and clean. Beds very comfortable. Bar area very comfy and relaxed for sitting in. The executive lounge is disappointing. It’s self serve, which is fine but when you be been to other lounges of Hilton it’s a bit disappoints. Alcoholic drinks are left out, few beers, bottle of vodka, one bottle red, 2 rose. No whisky or gin. We asked for gin and they said not available. The next night we heard someone ask for whisky which they were provided with. Food in executive lounge is very minimal. Music would be a nice added touch. Hotels in a great positions d very close to bars, restaurants and shops. Hotel staff were very helpful with recommending and booking a meal out for us which was a lovely restaurant . I would definitely return to this hotel- would like to see them make more of an effort in their executive lounge though.

One of the best Hilton hotels for both business and tourism in Brussels. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, making us feel very welcome. As a Diamond member, we received an upgrade notification—thank you, Hilton! The front desk were efficient, and our room was very clean. Excellent location for business and tourists. The executive lounge is excellent, offering great food and happy hour drinks. Special thanks to Ferit, who created a very friendly and welcoming environment for all guests in the executive lounge. I requested a 2:00 pm checkout, and it was no problem at all. Overall, we were very impressed with the service, location, and hotel. Well done to all the staff and the Management team. We will definitely be back, as you are the best in Brussels!
