Wow. The location can't be beat--right in front of the central train station. We stayed a total of 7 nights, one night before a drive to Spa, then 6 nights after returning. From the airport, just hop on the train, 2 stops and you're there. Just hop on the elevator and voilà--it practically takes you from the tracks to the front door of the hotel. It's a short 3 blocks to the Grand' Place, and 4-5 blocks to the Royal Fine Arts Museum. I never experienced a long wait for front desk staff, and was upgraded as a Diamond member to the executive floor. The odd-numbered rooms on the 5th and 6th floors even have views of the iconic city hall. Breakfasts were ample, and adequately replenished of items. This is a super-easy base to visit most of the tourist-oriented cities in Belgium (Ghent, Antwerp, Bruges), as well as, of course, Brussels itself. For a hotel in the city center, rooms were ample in size and certainly comfortable. The internet wifi worked well. Elevators were fast and adequate for the hotel size (3 elevators for 6 floors). My only complaint was that in the first room we were in (the one night before we went to Spa), we had to unplug the lamp to plug in my CPAP, which should be renovated. While not the least expensive place in town, I felt the hotel was a good value given the location and comfort of the rooms. Given similar prices (granted, we came in shoulder season in early April), I'd definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Brussels.

Solid stay -- what made this review 5-star. Simple it was the awesome "Fathy" and the personal service she provided us and so many -- what a wonderful blessing, great lady and an impactful Hilton Leader. Rooms were nice and we were upgraded to a Suite which was quite comfortable and spacious. Location to Central Station, Grand Place and Restaurants/Bar areas make this a Hilton selection you should consider. At check-in Noel was extremely helpful and got us a room upon arrival -- taking care of all of us with rooms. For Diamond Members -- Exec Lounge is just OK -- Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of choices and the hostess was a lovely lady. Very personable.

This is our favoured hotel when we visit family in Brussels. The rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds, plenty of usb ports to charge phones and very nice bathrooms. Reception staff are friendly and very helpful and breakfasts are of the highest standard, love the waffle machine. Convenient to have direct access to Interparking next door and easy walking distance to Grand Place, galleries and lots of good restaurants. Right by Gare Central so access to Metro and railway to all of Belgium.

On business in Brussels with my husband. At early check in, my husband was told that we were selected as VIPs for the Day!! We were treated to a scrumptious dinner. Ms Fathy Vercamer, Food & Bev Manager, Michael & Victoria were exceptional!!👌

I am gold card holder and I prefer hiltons all my travels , without staff all of the hotels are just walls and doors. staff and management makes difference , I never see this much terrible managed hotel, A to Z every detail , is terrible starting reception, they dont know how to make happy client, no flexibility, no solution providing. even they dont try to understand what client needs . breakfast, cost cutting there is no personel to ask ? if you find what you need , it is ok. executive lounge, just there is a name of lounge, if you sit in the lobby more attractive . finally room ( junior suit ) 400 euro, and that is all , you can see ceilings of only last think, they are not sorry after all , no excuse, NOTHING .
