A great stay when visiting family in Brussels. Check-in staff couldn't have been more helpful, rushing out to take our cases when we parked illegally outside the hotel and providing detailed instructions to get to the parking site. Parking on level 1 gives direct access to the hotel lobby. We seemed to have been upgraded to a room with access to the executive lounge, but we were so busy with family and at the Xmas market we didn't have an opportunity to use it. Room was a very good size with a comfortable bed and a nice side view over the rooftops to the belfry of the Town Hall. The bathroom was fabulous with a bath and separate shower cubicle. When we found the toilet was blocked housekeeping came and fixed it really quickly. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of hot and cold buffets and eggs cooked to order. Location is superb, just across from Gare Centrale if you want the rail network or the metro and a short downhill walk to the Royal Galleries and the Grand Place. We will certainly be back.

First I would like to say kudos to the reception team for managing our requests cos honestly felt like we had a roller coaster ride here for 4 days 3 nights. First day - so when i first went in, vibes and everything were okay. and we got our room. OH BOY, aft we had checked in, 10 mins later, ANOTHER GUEST WHOM WE DIDNT KNEW, HAD ACCESS TO OUR ROOM. the guest claimed that the reception had double booked us the same room to which they had apologised when questioned. (good service) we then had a few issues for our room for eg exposed wire etc etc, to which they HAD SETTLED IT PROMPTLY. very nice. 3rd day - lets talk about the housekeeping team. HOUSEKEEPING. jesus christ, early in the morning, we were woken up by the knock on our door despite stating that we wanted privacy. and since we didn't answered, we were left with a note telling us to call reception to do housekeeping for our room. MY FIRST THOUGHT IS "isn't HOUSEKEEPING = HOUSEKEEPING ext? NOT RECEPTION?" that confused me. we decided to just skip through all the lengthy process and just informed the housekeeper in charge, BRO ASKED ME TO GO THROUGH THE RECEPTION TO JUST INFORM THE TEAM TO DO HOUSEKEEPING? nvm. we are done. the 2nd last day - we headed earlier than usual because we had to rush for the train to bruges and had put all of the necessary things to ensure that the HOUSEKEEPING TEAM knew that we wanted housekeeping. WE CAME BACK, THE ROOM WAS NOT TIDIED AND CLEANED AT ALL. NOT EVEN TOUCHED. besides everything, the room was quite dark as well.

There are better places to stay in Brussels. The location is nice. It’s close to the train station and main areas. But there are many other hotels in the area, so the location is not unique. The reception desk always seemed to have a line. Check in was slower than expected and our key card needed to be replaced immediately. The room needs some attention. Blinds were broken, shower had water (and other) stains. There was not enough counter space in the bathroom.

I spent three nights at the Hilton Brussels hotel on business. The hotel is centrally located, right across the street from the main Brussels Station. Check-in was relatively smooth. My room was clean, but in rough shape. The bathroom vanity had a chunk missing behind the faucet and the furniture was pretty beat up in the room. The shower hot water was uneven as well. The gym is reasonably well equipped with two treadmills and a Concept II rowing machine. Breakfast was included with my Gold Status. It was adequate, but with a limited fresh fruit selection, only two coffee machines, and no fresh eggs made to order it was underwhelming for this class of hotel. The high point of my stay was the front desk team and housekeeping, but the rooms are badly in need of a refresh. Plus the rotating door at the hotel is almost dangerous to enter through with luggage. Parking is accessible through the hotel, but not owned by Hilton.

Good location opposite Central Station and around corner from Grand Place Room size adequate Amenities disappointing No coffee machine or decent coffee and teas, water is not replenished, towels and bedding tired This is not a 5 star property 3 at best The shower over the bath is incredibly slippery and dangerous Breakfast buffet is good but if you arrive at the wrong time needs replenishing
