Hotel Amigo

Enjoyed our return stay to The Hotel Amigo. Customer focus and service are delivered at the highest level. The bell staff and front team are genuinely welcoming. The rooms are exceptionally appointed and the bar area is a wonderful casual experience. The breakfast service is truly the gem of The Amigo, the delicious food choices are exquisitely prepared and displayed. The best part of the experience is your waiter Claudio—He makes you feel like royalty and he easily could delight any world leader with his exemplary level of knowledge and service. Thanks again for another wonderful stay.

My wife and I loved our time at Hotel Amigo. Our room was perfect, and all the staff were delightful. We enjoyed our time at the hotel restaurant, Bocconi, which was decorated beautifully. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we also ordered from the menu. We had an exciting dinner at the restaurant as well. The food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner, and the staff were outstanding. At breakfast, both Madel and Claudio were both charming and professional, taking care of all of our needs and also becoming friends. At dinner Roberto was also fantastic. He made our dinner an experience we will never forget. And there are many other staff members who helped us whose names we do not know. We highly recommend Hotel Amigo for everything it has to offer, and especially for the people who work there.

This has been our second stay at Amigo and we still cannot recommend the Amigo Hotel enough. We spend 3 nights and full four days of which each was full of the extraordinary dining and the outstanding service. The Bar is a place with live music and unique drinks and food, offering the relax after the a day of visiting and shopping. With all the stories of Rene Magritte’s Art and Life shared by the team we had no other choice than visit the place where artist lived and learn more. We appreciate all the help in planing our days and the in-room service of an extremely high standards. We cannot wait to be back at Amigo again and in the meantime we will take a little memory of Amigo home with the gifts bought at l’Antichambre Perfumerie Personnalise.

I will continue to book Rocco Forte Hotels based upon our stay in Brussels!! We stayed for a week whilst introducing our daughter to Belgium where she began to study in Leuven. The staff were extremely accommodating with suggestions and assistance. Alban, Marc, Joanna and Vittorio provided exceptional service!! The location was excellent and offered ease of access to trains and the metro. Breakfast was excellent but dinner at Ristorante Bocconi was FANTASTIC! The rooms were delightful and it was the excellence of the staff that always make a hotel stay amazing!!

Staying at the Hotel Amigo provided a delightfully intimate experience, more akin to that of a boutique hotel. Stylish decor, exceedingly friendly and helpful staff, an excellent central location, wonderful restaurant, quiet rooms, and starting the day with a generous, elegant and delicious breakfast. Minor problems were dealt with quickly and effectively. Very highly recommended.
