New years travel
Had a great visit to Brussels for New Years travel and Christmas markets with family of 4 (15, 18 y/o dtrs). Location phenomenal for walking to major sites and access to trains/metro but warning area also has a number of adult shops/bars/tobacco/cannabis so may not be ideal for those with younger kids.

Amazing stay
Everything from the moment we arrived was amazing. The lobby is spacious and well decorated, the staff is attentive, helpful and professional. The room was spacious, very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is efficient, they never run out of food, and you never have to stand in line to get a table. The service is efficient and polite, and the food is very tasty, good selection of items and they are very fresh. Good coffee and amazing yoghurt station. Overall, we have enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Excellent!
Our stay was excellent. Only the beds were not good enough, because our back got hurt. The reception was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice, we enjoyed a lot

Reception is the worst part in the hotel They are not professional communications is not good not friendly , on the phone wasn't nice to speak with

Not recommended
I have not completed my check in even but I can tell from the way the Manager of the Hotel as she describes herself welcomed us that this will not be at all a nice stay. She is shouting at us, she is talking about us to her collegues in a very bad and rude way. What a loss such a gem is being ran by such a Manager. Not recommended.
