This is a really nice hotel that is convenient to most things a tourist is interested in. Great staff, and great service. The beds are a bit firm.

Great hotel - had premium room.- nice & quiet Only small complaint is a wooden floor which has seen better days - it was clean but a stone or even tiled floor might be better. Even so, I tend to sty at Grand Sablon because of its location & good amenities & friendly staff.

Perfectly located this hotel is modern with great beds and is quiet. The hotel emailed us the week before we were due to go telling us the restaurant would be closed. We thought this was a but odd given that it was August, but there are so many places to eat in the area that we thought, hey, no big deal. What did surprise us was that the hotel didn't even have a bar - so no social space for you to relax in at all. Which is disappointing. Overall, I'd say it's a conference hotel and caters to that market. Re. customer service, everyone who served us was lovely - friendly, smiling and happy to help.

The ShoesShiner was the highlight! He is not there all days, but he is excellent in polishing your shoes - and very friendly and knowledgeable too. I have met him many times already and can really recommend him. I am looking forward in seeing him next time. Martin Schneider
