Stunning hotel with great staff
Beautiful hotel, in a great location. Check in was seamless and the rooms are lovely. very helpful staff, especially the reception staff and Richard at breakfast who was very welcoming and informative, explaining the different food options and tourist tips for me and my family.

12/10 must visit for a beautiful stay and drink
Absolutely beautiful hotel and great space to have a drink in the lobby. Simon was an amazing server and gave us plenty of recommendations for the city. Great to have such incredible hospitality. Highly recommend to others visiting! Hope to be back very soon. Thanks again Simon!

Great hotel and staff
This is a fantastic hotel and great people working here especially Teodora and Zita, so helpful and friendly. This place is welcoming, so refreshing. The lobby, bedrooms, spa and dining area is really top notch. Sitting in the l9bbynis so relaxing.

Service is amazing and beautiful hotel. The breakfast is a must, and had an amazing server Richard!! He made the experience great and memorable. Provided lots of recommendations and also took the essential time to understand our personal needs so that his service could be tailored to ensure a bespoke service.
