Anantara New York Palace Budapest Hotel

We had amazing dinner experience thanks to Zina! The setting was special and the food was delicious. The staff took care of our choice and made the evening evening even more special. I will definitely recommend this restraint to someone who is looking for high quality experience is Budapest!

A very nice hotel but the room service in our case was terrible, from day one the bathroom sink clogged, the shower clogged and you could not bathe, we reported it, they fixed it and the third day again clogged, the cleanliness of the rooms PESIMAL, the cleaning person forgot pillowcases on MY BAG, despite the fact that we put the towels in the bathtub they did not change them, I asked for room service when I finished dinner I spoke to ask them to pick up the food tray, they NEVER came, the telephone in the room did not work, it is a hotel too expensive for the service they give.

We are frequent travelers and in particular expect the very best in ALL phases of accommodations when lodging at 5-star hotels such as the Anantara New York Palace Budapest. Our evaluation begins from the moment we arrive at the hotel and interface with the porter & bellman/bellhop; followed by the front office staff responsible for checking us in; room service staff, dining room staff, & concierge etc. We are happy to report we give high marks to ALL phases of our very recent lodging experience at the Anantara Budapest. We want to acknowledge some of the Anantara team members who made our experience extra special are Jessica (NY Cafe), Rebecca (NY Cafe), Matte (bellman), Laura (NY Cafe), Tibor (NY Cafe), Anna (NY Cafe), Endre (host NY Cafe), & Zoltan (NY Cafe, omelette chef).

If you are going to Budapest and looking for central location to see the sights from, this is the place. The entire staff are polite, professional, and attend to all your needs. A very refreshing experience.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Luxurious, comfortable, you feel very looked after. Spa was a lovely touch, and the breakfast (in the New York Cafe which is part of the hotel) was to die for - amazing venue and delicious food. Staff can’t do enough for you. I feel so relaxed coming home.
