Al Habtoor Palace, Budapest

We had a wonderful experience at the Al Habtoor Hotel. The service and staff are amazing. Sándor and Aisouda were amazing. Everyone here has been amazing. We were recommended here and we will recommend to others for future trips

Stayed at this hotel and it was nothing short of amazing. The quality of service was wonderful. Just wanted to thank Kyla Amor at the Club, Szaszi and Goreth at the restaurant. All three ladies went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel special. Kyla sent a welcome treat to our room for us and even remembered my margarita order. She brought me limes and all the ingredients needed everyday to make one. She waited for us to come up to the club to make sure we had food. She was a great concierge and assisted in helping us get tickets to do a river tour. She’s a world of knowledge. Szaszi and Goreth were so welcoming everyday at breakfast. They always made sure to bring my iced tea that wasn’t even on the menu. Always an extra bucket of ice, just very attentive. Both of them were very friendly and very sweet. All the staff members were amazing, just like the hotel. It was very clean and smelled so good walking in. The rooms were large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here either as a couple or with a family. In the center of town with easy access to shops, restaurants, taxis/bus. Can’t wait to go back one day!

Restaurant no service from kitchen wait time unacceptable also quality and taste of food not even worth to mention, room connecting door so loud, air condition not properly working, kids in pool with parents playing waterball no chance to swim or relax it’s a shame to to so badly manage a hotel like this one is managed

This was a beautiful hotel with lovely spacious rooms and the service from the staff was truly 5 star. We stayed in a club room suite with 2 boys. The room set up was excellent with a private king room and full bathroom with a living room sofa bed and half bathroom attached. This was the largest room we have stayed in during all of our Europe travels. The room was spotless and cleaning offered twice a day. Breakfast was delicious as well. The highlight of our trip was the wonderful staff from the bellman working at the very front of the hotel to the check in staff and managers. I would like to also mention one staff member that went above and beyond for my family: Kyla in the club lounge. Every day Kyla had a warm smile and provided true professional 5 star service. She provided us with excellent recommendations for activities for our children and offered to arrange anything we needed. Kyla understands 5 star service and was just amazing! We are so thankful for her hospitality and eagerness to help make our stay memorable. This is truly what sets this hotel apart. The 5 star service from the staff and excellent accommodations in the heart of the city. My only recommendation to a hotel of this caliber offering top notch service, please elevate the food offerings in the club lounge. This is the only area for improvement. We were mostly out site seeing every day but did use the lounge for a couple of days and the offerings were so limited in quality and quantity. We would definitely be returning to visit again and would not hesitate to book this hotel again!
