Al Habtoor Budapest
My spouse and I visited Budapest for the first time. We wanted to celebrate my spouse’s celebration as well. The Al Habtoor Palace was a wonderful place to stay while we explored the city. It has a great central location, wonderful service and luxurious accommodations. What made our trip memorable is the amazing hospitality and service of Kyla, the Guest Relations supervisor, and the hotel team. Kyla surprised my spouse with a nice birthday setup in our room. She provided very helpful information on what to do and where to go in the city. She was very warm, helpful, professional and compassionate. The hotel team was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We will definitely come back to Al Habtoor when we visit Budapest and we highly recommend this place. We already shared our unforgettable experience with some friends. Thank you very much Kyla and the Al Habtoor team.

Absolutely exceeded expectations
Our server Diana went above and beyond. She had the so much knowledge and provided us with fantastic recommendations for not only the food but must see sights to see.

The food at the restaurant ottimo is perfect. The waitress Diana is wonderful! I would strongly recommend to come here. Very nice place and cosy one. The food is very delicious………………..

Dinner experience
We had an amazing Arabic meal here, our shef Ahmed made amazing food! Good experience. The Kupola Lounge is a clean and beautiful place for a dinner and we were lucky enough to meet the owner Mr Khalaf Al Habtoor.

Ottimo Restaurant: Great service and food
Diana at Ottimo was a fantastic server. Very friendly and made great recommendations for us especially my wife as she's lactose intolerant. Very attentive and charming.

Le Meridien, Budapest, which included a dinner and certain other amenities, was an outstanding experience. The suite was very large, comfortable and quiet - everything we could have asked for. The dinner was "no holds barred" including, to my great surprise, an excellent bottle of wine. All in all, the experience was absolutely first-rate.
