Fabulous !
Beautifully maintained hotel in the chic/ lovely area of Recoleta . Wonderful service with a great buffet breakfast . We also had dinner one night at their steak restaurant that was excellent The ONLY place to stay in Buenos Aires ! We will be back !

Elegant hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires
This is a world class hotel that is elegant and well maintained. We stayed in a suite which is comfortable. Beds were excellent. Staff was accommodating. The location is convenient though some locals might view it as upscale stuffy compared to a more hip area like SoHo Palermo. The spa/wellness area is well appointed and every guest has access to the sauna and inside pool and workout areas. All in all a very positive experience.

Pretty good stay
Steak at the hotel restaurant in the basement was excellent as well as the service. The hotel itself is a bit dated and I wouldn't pay the rack rate, but if you get a good enough discount, then I would stay there. Good location too. Room is pretty beat up. We stayed in a suite. The bathroom amenities are top notch though. Also, the staff was nice.

The hotel is in a beautiful neighborhood and easily accessible . Breakfast is wonderful and staff very helpful ! Communication and guidance with reception and concierge were spot on .We enjoyed tours in Palermo and Tango and dinner show at night . Thank you for a lovely stay .

Friendly and attentive service, an exceptional hotel
The perfect place to start or end a trip to Argentina. Exceptional service from check in to check out. This property is well deserving of its high reviews. Located in the Recoleta upscale neighborhood, there are good restaurants within walking distance.
