A beautiful, old hotel only two blocks from the cemetery and Plaza Libertad. Staff was excellent and very accomodating. I was there for a wedding and staff arranged a FedEx pick up of our suitcase full of clothes we wouldn't need for our hiking trip further south. Our suite was comfortable with a 110 volt outlet for my hair straightener! Yeah!!! Loved the roof top bar and gold/brass finishes everywhere.

Pataltial elegance, exquisite furnishings, and incredible staff. Security hushed but present and reassuring. Columns of marble and burlwood trims gave old world charm with modern conveniences...truly breathtaking visually. Room ample and plush, bedding truly luxurious (I tracked down the vendor to buy personal set). Staff wonderfully helpful and kind. Amazing pool with stainless steel bottom, Roof top restaurants, and excellent gym facility. Basement formal dining room with memorable cuisine and service. Well done!

A beautiful luxurious hotel that is elegant and charming-location location location. The space is surprisingly big and the rooms are spacious and so comfortable. Loved the spa tub. Check out the terrace on the rooftop for views and city lights.

4th time in Buenos Aires, second time visiting this hotel. It's been about 20 years and not much has changed, everything's just older and more outdated. Locations is good and somewhat safe. Palacio Duhau is close by and a bit more modern although the rooms in the tower are pretty business like with little ambiance. Service is super friendly if not always effective. Room are large, we had a couple of suites but outdated. TVs are hard to use and there are barely any plugs un rooms. How hard is it to buy USB outlets for nightstands so you don't have to plug in bathroom or desk area? Bathrooms are large but again outdated. Breakfast was good but way overpriced if it's not included in you're rate. Good breads and pastries but bagged soupy "scrambled eggs". Food in lobby bar was passable. Would not recommend hotel, actually would not recommend coming to BA anymore, this is hopefully my last time. Everything just gets older and more run down, not much to see anyways. It's like visiting an Eastern European country in the middle of the Cold War.

EVERY ASPECT OF THE HOTEL WAS EXCELENT, the facilities and services highly recommended, personnel highly educated and knowledgeable. A great hotel anywhere in the world. Love it, I will return and experience once again such a great treatment.
