A beautiful, up scale hotel with more staff than I have seen anywhere. There must have been a dozen staff falling over each other to be helpful. Great, full breakfast included. Don’t miss the chance to speak to the best, most fully accredited concierge in the business. I called him the General. He is excellent, knowledgeable and has a wonderful sense of of humor.

Enjoyable stay in Recolletta, a very walkable area of Buenos Aires - attentive staff, great breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel for any visit to the city. The staff at the concierge desk provided great service when arranging excursions to bother Colonia and Tigre.

TV broke down first night. Telephone not connected. When calling reception, house keeping, concierge no one answered, until you call Emergency to get a reply. Air conditioning not on. Bathroom rather tired, broken toilet fitting. Safe locked itself and couldn’t open.

Stayed here one night pre-Antartic cruise and it was organised by the cruise company. The rooms look dated and some of the fittings, particularly in the bathroom needs replacing since they were broken. For the price point, it was disappointing if I had paid myself. Staff were friendly at check in and check out. Personally I would choose a different hotel unless you need to be in recoleta specifically

nice room. elevator in the morning was a nightmare. the two elevators were not ample and we had to use the service elevators to get downstairs for breakfast on time to get on the bus to the airport for our cruise. great location in Recoleta that we enjoyed walking, eating and buying helado.
