Hotel Casa Lucia

Very average experience for a supposedly 5 star hotel. No USB charging points in room, asked reception for an adaptor, they had none told to go to a store 2 blocks down the road. Asked to change USD to local currency, we don't change money go to an ATM As my phonevwouldnt charge asked for an early morning call. A call was not received The room is OK, but shower is made for very small people, not a good shower at all. Recommend look else where.

my husband and I agree that this is the best new hotel with the best service we have ever experienced anywhere in the world. the check-in process was perfect and efficient. our room, was spacious and beautiful. Agustina prepared many thoughtful details in our room. the Casa Lucía Spritz cocktail in loobybar is a classic! we had a late flight back to the US, so we were able to use the spa to change and freshen up after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel management must be outstanding because EVERY employee treats you like an honored guest.

Great hotel on a Parisian strip of town. The wait staff, bell hops and concierge were all friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed; however, there were no english speaking television stations and the streaming service was not available. Also, beware that the shower is very small. If you enjoy baths, the tub is great.

Hotel Casa Lucía is the best discovery in Buenos Aires. The attention from all the staff is exquisite—warm and very professional. Our perfect moment: enjoying loose-leaf tea at Club Bacan, where we tried the Earl Grey Lucía. The spa has many quality details, and it transports you to a eucalyptus forest atmosphere with all its decor and scents. The decoration throughout the hotel is exquisite, modern, and welcoming. The whole team is made up of really great people. To mention a few: José, Experience Manager, is amazing, the bartender Ramiro makes the best cocktails in Buenos Aires, and Maria at Club Bacan. Stayed at Casa Lucia in Buenos Aires for one night after cruising Antarctica. This is a true five star boutique hotel that is a member of «The Small Leading Hotels of the World». It’s is a beautiful property with well appointed and quiet rooms and great amenities. Wonderful beds and high thread Egyptian cotton sheets. There is a good restaurant, a bar and a spa and wellness area. The breakfast is fantastic with a small, but very high quality buffet and cooked items from the menu to order, included in the room rate. The staff is amazing and anticipated all our needs from the moment we stepped into the property. They also granted us a late check out at 2:00pm, and since we booked a taxi to the airport at 2:15 through them, they sent someone up to our room for our luggage before we could think of calling to ask for help. As we were waiting for our taxi in the terrace outside, they brought us complimentary water and nuts. The hotel is located on a charming street with art galleries and There are some great places to eat across from the street, including Floreria Atlantico, voted one of «The Worlds 50 Best Bars». We had a lovely stay and will return to this hotel again.
