I love Chileno Bay. We made a reservation with Rafael Garcia and he was so professional, helpful, kind, informative and efficient. He even remembered us when I called months later! He is a GREAT representation of this beautiful hotel. We also went to Chileno Bay for a wedding and everything was amazing. The location, decor and service is excellent. Yaya restaurant on the premises is the best restaurant in Cabo but you definitely need reservations!

Chileno Bay Resort is one of our favorite destinations. It never fails to impress and our most recent trip reinforced why we keep coming back. A beautiful setting, first rate accommodations and extraordinary service. The pool, swimmable beach and dining at Comal were all highlights of the trip, but the personalized service really sets Chileno Bay apart.

The entire resort is amazing and the staff is very friendly make a point to greet you by name. The rooms are so luxurious and comfortable and the three level pool is just incredibale. I would highly recommend staying here on your new visit to Cabo. It is also very close to both San Jose and Cabo so the taxi ride is relatively short in either direction.

Perfect setting for our family spring break trip. Beautiful accommodations with service that went above and beyond. Restaurants on property were our favorites of the trip, gorgeous spa, pools for family, kids and adults and and game room for teens. Will definitely be back.
