Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa

We toured this property as a breakfast/timeshare and think the property is outstanding. Beautiful accommodations and amenities plus spectacular views! Our representative was Moses who was excellent. Very knowledgeable, kind and respectful. No hard sell! We very much appreciated him.

What a lovely stay. The people who work here are amazing, and genuinely friendly and helpful! Breakfast at Las Marias was made more special because Ofelia and Antonio tried to help us to learn Spanish words and phrases. And Carmen took extra special care of our room each day! The only down side was the high pressure "time share" type sales presentation upon checking in. We were happy to upgrade to premium all-inclusive, but they refused to take no for an answer when we didn't want to sign up for a fractional ownership presentation! Frustrating and it could prevent us from returning to this lovely property!

November 2024, We had the greatest 2 weeks at our hotel Hacienda Encantada. The service there is absolutely over the top. We are owners of a 1bd rm unit in phase 3 that meets all our needs. From checking in at the front desk to the end of our stay, I can’t say enough about how everyone made us feel. We did have several individuals that stood out extremely amazing. -Reservation manager, Misael Chan -Marketing Director, Gustavo Arais -Personal concierge, Mani -Hotel Manager, Dayane -Front Desk, Paul -Room service attendant, Alexdra We already have our reservations made for next year 2025. We just can’t say enough about our time spent at the Hacienda Encantada and are super excited to visit again next year. Thank you for all the fantastic memories you created for us. We took a family vacation, eight adults and eight children (ranging in age from 3 to 15 years old). The accommodations could not have been better… We were all so impressed! We stayed at the Vista and we all had two bedrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms and approximately 2300 ft.² per family… Four families, 16 of us in total. I can’t say enough good things about the accommodations, the cleanliness, the comfortable beds, the gorgeous patios… Absolutely fantastic! The infinity pool on the 7th floor was idyllic, and their cocktails DELICIOUS! Miguel’s service was excellent!! In addition to the wonderful accommodations and facilities, we were blown away by the staff at Hacienda Encantada. SO lovely and gracious!! If I had one negative comment to make - while the restaurants on site were all lovely, and the quality of the food was very good, we had far too many meals that were delivered luke warm, or not prepared as requested (steak was WELL DONE, not medium rare as requested, soup was tepid). Overall I would rate the resort, accommodations and staff a definite 5/5 The food was closer to a 3.5/5

We have been coming here since the early 2000s when it first opened. Every year is a treat we’re in phase 1, and the ocean sound and view is fantastic. We have never stayed for two weeks but are planning on it next year. The humpback whales were coming in the whole week! I would highly recommend the accommodations and ambience of the resort!
