Beautiful scenery/ Wonderful staff
We have had another awesome vacation at HE! The exceptional staff makes our home away from home a very special place. For each staff member we met, I’m sure there are dozens behind the scenes that work hard to ensure our time in Cabo is better each year. Thank you to them all. A few we met that went above and beyond this year were 1)concierges: Manny and Tania; 2) wait staff:Isabel, Gustavo and Ingrid 3) housekeeping: Carmen and 4) reservations: Oliver. We are very grateful for the entire staff and all they did to make our stay so enjoyable.

Great Service at Restaurants
We always have great service. Our family of 6 plus 3 guests stayed in the Residences. We had many great meal throughout our stay. In particular, Juan de Dios remembered us night to night and repeated drinks and knew our kids preferences. It made us feel very welcome.

The swim up bar which is in phase 1 , was awesome. Met great people and Vladimir and Omar gave us exceptional service!!!!!!! Tonya the pool concierge was on top of everything!!! She made sure I had everything I needed as I was in a wheelchair!!!

exceptional service at the fitness center
Cesar at the Vista fitness center was one of the best employees at the resort. He greeted me every morning with a smile, a towel and a bottle of water and was constantly doing everything he could to make all the guest feel welcome. More people should follow his lead

A big shoutout to the amazing effort and dedication of the animation staff in the Picabol activity! Their work has been flawless, showcasing incredible creativity and skill in every detail. The coordination and energy they brought made this project truly unique. A special thanks to Ariel, the team leader, for his ability to guide and motivate the group. His vision and leadership have been key to the success of this activity, ensuring each member could bring their best to the table. Congratulations to everyone for their outstanding work!
