Beautiful resort. Uncomfortable beds.
Beautiful resort with very pretty grounds. Amazing views. Staff is very friendly, attentive and welcoming. Rooms are large, very clean but need maintenance. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable.

Great get away in paradise.
We really enjoyed the week we spent at Hacienda Encantada!! The atmosphere was great, food amazing and staff was excellent. Great facilities. We loved our pool waiter Gerardo! We recommend this place highly for a get away or trip with your family.

Great resort. Nice and quiet. Pedro at barolo was top shelf! So kind and works hard! Isobel and Enrique at il forno were amazing and engaged in conversation, which we loved! The only thing we didn’t like was the rock hard beds and having to sign off on everything even though it was all inclusive.

Luxurious getaway in a beautiful environment
I stayed here with my family for winter break and had an amazing time. The staff were so warm and friendly from the moment we entered the resort - a huge change from the fast-paced city I live in, where everyone is in a hurry all the time. The food was delicious, especially at Mestizo and the poolside bar/grill. The rooms were really beautiful and comfortable as well. Our butler Elder was extremely helpful in sorting out our itinerary and giving us information about the surrounding area; he also helped us sort out a lost item on Christmas Day when he was on leave. Team members like Erlindo from the cafe, Pedro at Barolo, Bibiana, and Kory, Ernesto, Carlos, Luis, Miguel, Carla and Leslie at Atico all deserve a shoutout as well. Thank you so much for giving us an amazing holiday - we're already talking about making this an annual family tradition!

Beautiful breakaway
Choices galore, a choice of 3 swimming pool/bar areas, restaurants and activities. A beautiful, magical experience for my wife and I. 10/10 all-around. We lounged by the pool, we had lazy afternoons, magical sunsets and romantic dinners.
