SCAM
Scam artists all of them in special Alina Solano which she doesn't take the time to listen to the customer...She just decided to not reimburse me without listening . Very rude person also I felt lied to The voucher they promise after attended a meeting they never gave it to me I ended up paying for total amount for rental when they offered me something different liars and people that don't know anything about anything regarding sales and vouchers Watch out with these type of sharks that pressed you and make you sign without telling you the truth Never go to Marina Fiesta or Hacienda Encantada sales meetings its a SCAM This new person Toni from Marina Fiesta watch out because he lies and lies and doesn't know anything about the vouchers... he is new and also lost.

Isabel at Las Marias is the best waitress ever! Best service and always a smile on her face!! She has always taken care of us but all her other customers as well. She is an asset to HE and we always ask for her to be our server every time we are here for vacation!

A great stay at Hacienda Encantada
We had a great stay at Hacienda Encantada. The staff went above and beyond for us. Polo Osuna did a great job adjusting our room temp. What a nice friendly helpful person. We certainly appreciate it. The golf cart guys are so helpful and friendly too

Service from the heart
I cannot recommend Hacienda Encantada enough. The excellent service provided and friendships made with the staff while staying here the last10+ years have left a lasting impression. They treat you like family. I would like to especially point out Felipe (Maria’s) Trinidad (bellman) Elizabeth (housekeeping-villas) Joshua & Carlos (taco bar) and Guillermo (butler services). They made our stay exceptional. The groundskeepers keep the property in excellent shape. I wish I could thank them all personally. The Hacienda Encantada remains our home away from home.

Fabulous Resort
The fabulous resort, fantastic food and excellent staff Karina and Tere and many more polite and super friendly , the room is very clean with all the amenities you wish for. Great restaurants at the resort , highly recommended to everyone to seek relaxing time !!!!
