ME Cabo

It was me and my fiancé 1 year anniversary and the staff did do several things to acknowledge it but unfortunately i had 4 very negative experiences. 1) when i went to extend my day an extra day i was not given my government rate which i originally paid as i am active duty US military 2) we ordered room service and it was incorrect and when i requested it to be replaced and a new order it was never taken and never received my correct order 3) we were to be compensated for that and i made reservations the next night and was charged fully for my meal and i would not of had those reservations etc if it was not to be complimentary. 4) there were several charges that i disputed as my final bill had some correct charges but also some false. They were not addressed or corrected and i was charged fully with no regard

Although this place is beautiful they completely took advantage of a situation for my husbands 40th birthday celebration. We reserved rooms for all of our guests and unfortunately last minute some guests became ill others literally cancelled due to having to have emergency surgery..... events that were out of our control and rather than be compassionate, this over priced,money gouging resort decided to still charge $9,000 for the few rooms that were cancelled for the reasons listed above! It was unreal! Then they offered to upgrade us to a better room and never did just to make sure we signed the paperwork. This place is a scam! Plenty of nicer resorts I've stayed at in Cabo that are not scamming their guests. BEWARE!

excellent environment and I am overall very happy with the trip and I will defintiely recommend to anyone traveling to Cabo

The view from any place on the hotel are amazing, the staff are very friendly and rooms are clean. We even got lucky and saw whales jumping from our balcony! The only downside is the music playing all day at the pool, however we did not mind it. Craft is a must try, the steak is so good. Special thanks to Victor at the front desk, Jose the bell man and Gio our concierge for making us feel at home!

The place was the worst decision I have ever made in booking a group trip. They extorted me into paying for rooms that were not used. I had to pay $9,000 USD in extra fees that were not agreed upon. Highly highly recommend in NOT booking this hotel for a group trip.
