Give SuperDaniel a raise!

Daniel’s poolside service on the adult side was amazing. He always greeted us with a smile and remembered our name and room number all week. He is super fast and courteous. Thank you Superman!!! Only critique would be on the resort itself. So far the food has been…eh. The best food we had was off the poolside menu. The rest just didn’t hit the mark - for us. We still enjoyed our stay! Entertainment team was a lot of fun. Wednesday night Beach Party was a blast. Fire dancers were great. Live band sounded awesome. We had so much fun!

Wonderful pool area and exceptional pool servers.

Hotel is wonderful. We had a one bedroom that had two bathrooms and sleeps 5. Location is great but there’s no swimming in ocean. There are several pools that are super clean. More importantly the service at the pool area was exceptional. You will never be thirsty if you sit around the first pool as you enter and sit with Fernando or Miriam.

Great place

Loved it it was close to town and we sampled a lot of restaurants. The pools were great you will not be disappointed. We did not do the all inclusive because we do not drink much, so we felt it was not worth it. We only had dinner at the resort once. We used the Prickly Pear for the food delivery. That worked out well.

Great biz trip.

Checked out last week. Overall was fun , clean , would highly recommend. Big shout out to Raymundo (sorry if I got your name spelled wrong) for the excellent service. Check in was smooth, Louis was patient and answered all my questions. Was there for a quick conference so spent most of my quick meals at the bar. Speaking of which, bartender named Roger or rogelo (gentleman with the hair combed back) should REALLY watch his manners. Other than that, great hotel would recommend!

Excellent resort and well managed! Large spring break crowd for families and students. We will not return in March due to this. Food and beverage service is excellent Activities around the pool are among the best in Cabo Salma and Eduardo are great activities directors. Rooms are very good and the housekeeping is very good.
