Playa Grande Resort & Grand Spa

Hotel. Fantastic. Pool experience was everything I could have asked for. Great service. We enjoyed everything and our server at the pool whose name is Fernando was a great host. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good mix of relaxation and pool fun.

The activities at the pool and evening dinners were the best part of the trip! They held fun dinner events where there were activities and a surplus of delicious food and drinks. The pool activities are as fun as you make them and my family (who is usually introverted) had a blast! Rodrigo one of the event coordinators made each event he hosted lots of fun. He was personable with each guest, remembered our names, and went out of his way to carry genuine conversation and always had an energetic positive attitude! Rodrigo made the pool activities a blast each day! We also had a server at the pool service whose name was also Rodrigo. He was an excellent server who provided some of the best service I’ve experienced. He went out of his way to check in and have conversation with us even when he was not our server for the day. Overall between the activities and service this place feels like your home away from home. Everyone is so welcoming and positive!

We had a great time at Play Grande. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job. The poolside service was great, we really enjoy Daniel helping us out. The whole entertainment staff did a great job making sure everyone was having fun. Rodrigo and Amy made sure we had a lot of fun. We will be back for sure.

Always enjoy and appreciate the staff. The entertainment group is always friendly and welcoming. They put a lot of effort into to including you in activities. They really are great people. Aimee is fantastically friendly and energetic, Rodrigo is always fun, love the chicken suit! Jair and Eduardo are awesome too! The Fiesta and Beach Party were very entertaining as always. The service at the pool was really great, no complaints. Julio, Daniel, Miriam, all are so friendly and so on top of service. We enjoy seeing them every year. Sure do miss the Taco station, wish they would bring it back.

Ana in the sports bar is the sweetest!!! We enjoyed her every meal we ate there!! We also loved our meal at Brigantine!! Wow, what a meal and experience!! Our waiter went above and beyond and the food was amazing!! We truly enjoyed a 5 course meal and everything was worth boasting about!!
