The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

Customer service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Home away from home. The food was amazing and the ambiance set the mood for a wonderful experience. This was my first time visiting Hacienda Encantada and we will be back.

The best Villa in all the land. Guillermo and the staff are second to none. The location is perfect and they treat you like you deserve to be treated. As a former GM, I’m familiar with the “little details”. The property does a great job in that. The receptions, the massages, the staff when they are not even working with you, are great!! Bravo to the whole team and we wish you the happiest of holidays.

I was sold a 6 day 5 night all inclusive trip… it was great and the staff were great.. besides the fact that I only got 4 of the 6 days paid for. Arriving Saturday night I got dinner, then 4 days of all inclusive which was great, but the last day they stopped the all inclusive at checkout before lunch. So if I had arrived at check in at 5pm on Saturday and checked out on time Thursday at 11am I would get a little under 5 days all inclusive… the 6th day is just non-existent and in reality I had just 4.5 days. Spoke to 6 people and all refused to help. Also, expect to pay a lot in tips and hidden fees in the fine print. Would have been a great experience if I didn’t feel so ripped off and got what I paid for. Most staff are very nice.

I had the best two week trip celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday!!! The weather was great our room was amazing and the very best part of it was our amazing butler Daniel he went above and beyond to make our trip special. I would recommend staying at this amazing hotel to anyone. We actually have another trip planned to come back already and I hope we get Daniel again!!!!

We were excited to get to introduce some more friends to the awesome location and services we know we can count on at The Residences. Our Butler, Guillermo, had everything all ready so we could make ourselves at home upon arrival. Trinidad was there to help get us, along with all of our groceries and luggage, quickly to our unit. We took advantage of the amazing view from the Sky Gym and appreciate the training support that Cesar was there to provide. Gerardo took great care of us for lunch and happy hour at El Patio. The burger and Governor Tacos were both amazing. It was wonderful to return to our clean house, fresh towels and beautifully made beds each day - and we have Jasmine to thank for that!! As always, the service was fantastic, the staff was wonderful and we enjoyed an awesome trip to our home away from home. Looking forward to returning again in 2025!!!
