The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

I’ve visited Hacienda Encantada many times, it is always a great experience. The resort amenities are amazing and the staff are all so kind and attentive. I especially enjoyed having Daniel as our butler for the week, he reserved us a table for dinner every night and was very knowledgeable about different activities across the property and throughout Cabo. He greeted us the minute we arrived and was available for the entire week to help in any way he could. I am very happy with the visit and will be back again.

The residences were PERFECT for our family. We loved having our own (warm) pool and hot tub. The resort had many restaurants and great views to see. We didn’t need to leave the resort. Daniel was the best and provided wonderful hospitality and help on our trip!

Our rooms were beautiful and our cleaning lady was very good! Cleaning up after 6 partying Asia’s a lot of work and Endina was so nice and efficient! All the stay here are very friendly and helpful! We love the rooftop pool and the good from the bar was excellent.

Our room was amazing, the view incredible. Our attendant, Enedina, did an excellent job cleaning our rooms daily. All service workers were efficient and friendly. The food service by the pool was excellent and the food delicious! We Look forward to visiting again.

5th trip to Hacienda Encantada and it was amazing. The Residences are wonderful for large families or groups who want their own bedrooms but still enjoy family time around the private pool or playing games in the condo. The food and drinks were awesome and such a wonderful selection. The staff treats us like family and valued guests. Clemente was our butler and catered to our every need and want. We are excited to see him again next year! Highly recommend!
