Another blissful week at Playa Grande
Ok …where do I start? Another week has passed by so quickly. We had a great time staying on the The Ridge at Playa Grande. First the bad: my mattress sucked but I was told they are schedule for replacement soon The other was the roughness of pool Be careful it can take your skin off. . Now the wait staff. Raciel the bar manager/ supervisor has Alway been spectacular. He is a long time employee here, along with Johnny( a Calima) and Martine in the lobby bar. Dedicated employees. Back at the Ridge, Jose, Cirilo, Olivia, and Uriel all served us so well. Friendly and attentive. They all treat us so well that tipping is so easy. Be sure you don’t act cheap out on tip! We use the pesos while in Cabo. They are easy to get from an ATM. If you exchange direct the a bank ATM you get the best exchange rate.

Good food, good service, great time.
It was a great time. For the 2nd year in a row the crew on the pool deck were outstanding and meet our needs to every degree. Our special thanks to Ofelia who was always there and took excellent care of us. She made the stay extra special. Thanks to all of the crew.

Amazing service
We stayed at the Ridge and spent most of our time at that pool. Jose and Uriel were both amazing and provided excellent customer care anticipating everything we needed and being friendly and courteous. The other José at Calima restaurant was also exceptional. Highly recommend the Temezcal experience with Ana. Life changing!

Wonderful experience at Playa Grande Ridge
Ofelia and Uriel provided outstanding service at the Ridge Pool area. They were very attentive, friendly and efficient. They both made our experience fantastic!! I have been vacationing at Playa Grande for many years and these servers were the best i have ever experienced.

The ridge pool top bar is amazing, our servers Ofelia and Uriel were fantastic taking care of everything that we requested and answered all our questions. Great views of the ocean where we could easily see the whales, hats off too Ofelia and Uriel I will definitely be back. Greetings from Canada
