Best Breakfast Service
Bassem’s breakfast service was THE BEST. All the staff are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and serviced to a very high standard. Modern decor mixed with classic style hotel amenities. Our room gave us a great view of the Nile and provided a great screen shot of Cairo.

Bassem is the best!
Bassem, one of our breakfast waiters, is the best. Great coffee on order, extremely friendly and helpful. The whole Hotel experience has been first class. Drinks by the pool and the service received by the staff in helping us choose wine was much appreciated.

Highly recommended - Fairmont Nile City Cairo
Great service, attention to detail and a highly recommended hotel. All hand luggage goes through a security scanner upon entry and there are police stationed out the front of the hotel. We felt very safe. The restaurant food - breakfast and dinner- was superb and you couldn’t fault it.

well it was the most hospitable & comfortable hotel I have been to. The service is impeccable & the staff are all friendly and helpful. It was a very positive experience and we will come back soon. The breakfast was top notch & again the service was a 10 out of 10 .Special thanks to Bassem & Rami & Ahmad. Also we spent a lot of time at the Onyx Lounge and Mohammed Hasan made us feel at home .
