Perfect from start to end! We went just for one night before flying back home, but I‘d also stay longer. The hotel and rooms are beautiful! The staff is outstanding. The beds are very comfortable. The bath is huge and has everything you would need. I have a gluten intolerance and the staff at the breakfast buffet came to our table and brought different gluten free biscuits and bread. Also, they asked about other allergies and were very kind. As a Hilton Diamond member, we were greeted with sweets and a fruit basket in the room. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is beautiful and the service is truly outstanding. Honestly, the staff member, Mohamed Ezz, is exceptional and always helpful. I always contact him for reservations. The restaurant is fantastic; I highly recommend it………………….

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights during Christmas into the New Year. This is a beautiful hotel. It is very clean and the rooms are spacious and well kept. The staff is extremely kind and very professional. The housekeeping staff was very attentive and made sure I was always comfortable and had all the amenities that I needed in my room. My room was very clean and maintained during my stay. PLEASE TIP THE STAFF - THEY REALLY WORK HARD AND DESERVE THE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT! From the time you check in until after you check out you are treated with the upmost hospitality. The breakfast is delicious. I opted for room dining most mornings and it always arrived on time and was warm. I also visited the spa and received a massage from Nitsara - she gave the best massages. You also get 15 min steam room time which was really great to help relax prior to the massage. The massage was so good that I scheduled one for the day I was flying back home and I'm so glad that I did. I had dinner one night at the Ayda restaurant and the food and service was really good. My room came with access to the Rosetta Club Lounge - refreshments and snacks during the day was very well welcomed. The staff in the Lounge was very hospitable and I really enjoyed spending a few afternoons there. PLEASE TIP THEM! The gym is also very well equipped and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only thing is it is a little bit outside of downtown Cairo but if you don't mind the serenity and peace, it is worth it. I was able to get an Uber to and from downtown Cairo, Giza and the Nile restaurants with no more than 30 minute ride which included traffic. The security at the hotel is top notch. The taxi/uber drivers are required to check in with their driver's license scanned prior to entering the hotel area. The bell are always available to double check the Uber plates as they are written in Arabic. This is very helpful as more than one time I almost entered into the wrong Uber.

I recently attended a wedding at this hotel, and while the venue itself was visually appealing, the experience was ruined by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The hotel workers hustled us for $3,000 over a party voucher required for hosting events. On the day of the event, they informed us that we could only use their “preferred vendor” for the voucher. This vendor’s price was over three times the standard market rate. Having no choice but to proceed, we felt cornered and exploited on what was supposed to be a joyful occasion. This last-minute disclosure felt like a deliberate tactic to squeeze extra money out of us. For a venue hosting such an important event like a wedding, this kind of shady business practice is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this venue to anyone planning an event unless you’re prepared to face hidden costs and unethical practices. There are plenty of other venues that provide excellent service without resorting to such deceitful behavior.

Modern and classic luxury hotel with amazing Ayda restaurant. The gym, lobby, staff and rooms are world class. Superb location close to airport - only 20 minutes from Nile and markets. Breakfast under palm trees. 27 meter pool and spa bath.
