Best Location, Facilities, Room, Dinning, everything perfect. It made our stay smooth and relax. Ambience very comfortable

First time my business trip did bring me to Colombia, and Cali was the city where for few days I got the opportunity to be hosted at Spiwak hotel. Not a hotel placed in the city centre which maybe is also an advantage of having a more quiet surrounding area but definitely the “step in” connection with the Pacific Mall is a big plus. The hotel is a 5 stars hotel and here you will find the classical service (restaurant, bar, gym, beauty center) but also a small gifts/souvenirs shop and something which I never encounter in my trips world-wide is a self service buffet with a selection of traditional meals, beer next to coffee, cold aromatic water or flat water or a traditional juice. And all this is for free sign that the hotel doesn’t look at the investment but at what could please its guests. And with such attention, it goes without saying that the staff is always smiling, very helpful (if you don’t speak Spanish at times you may encounter some challenges in communicating with certain level of staff) but don’t get discouraged because there will always be someone to help you in English. The rooms are spacious and some with balcony, cleaning is what the word supposed to mean (I did witness myself several times when maids did clean the floor). The choices at the breakfast go way beyond standard continental choices and you will be tempted visually to taste and try everything they offer. Also, not to be avoided the hotel restaurant which makes delicious dishes with an a la carte menu where a mixt of traditional and international choices are presented. As my trip was for business, I also had the privilege to meet the management of the hotel which was more than just the word “helpful” can mean to you. I want to thank to all the wonderful and warm hearted people I meet there and to encourage you traveller to not avoid booking this hotel, you will not regret it.

I am a business traveler so I'm usually in a hotel Monday - Thursday every week. I debated staying here or going with a brand I was more familiar with, i.e. The Intercontinental. I am so glad I selected this location. The property is clean, the rooms are modern with real stone, granite and wood throughout. The views are gorgeous, and the hotel is conveniently located over a shopping mall and next to a casino (if that's your thing). But what really makes this my new home in Cali is the professionalism, kindness, and courtesy of all of the staff. From the night security and bellmen who initially greeted me and handled my needs to Camilia and the others at the front desk, to all of the housekeepers (Pauola), Angie and Daniella in La Zarzuela who took care of my room, and tiny Aibey, from the front desk who assisted me during checkout, my entire stay here was marked by extremely good service genuine professionalism and courtesy. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Good hotel. Love the view and easy access to food locations. Only issue was sheets were dirty upon checking in.
