Owner yells at employee during breakfast in front of everyone? February 10, 2025.
We saw the hotel owner, an elderly man, yelling at an employee during breakfast in front of everyone, truly humiliating her. Additionally, he has a brown dog that follows him around the restaurant without a leash. On top of that, we have to tolerate its presence, and its fur falls into the food, which is extremely unpleasant.

I love Carolina!! great worker!!
The staff were the best part of the experience. Carolina, one of the amazing girl from the lobby. She helps so much, great charisma, great personality!! I also want to give Camilo, the pool boy, a shout out as he was wonderful. Friendly but also knew when to give me space . Well done boss.

Unhappy Stay
Stayed one night cause we woke up to our room door open and they charged us for a full stay even though they told me at the desk I was only charged for one night. Booked them through expedia so they told me to get my refund from them. Expedia told me they reached out to the hotel and the hotel insisted we stayed the entire 4 night booking when I have a receipt from the morning I checked out.

Excellent choice
I went to Cali, Columbia for medical purposes and stayed at the Spiwak. It was a excellent, clean, friendly staff. I felt very safe. It is also conveniently located within a mall. I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of service. I definitely will be staying here in the future.
