Great hotel however lounger cushions were soaked from rain night before so when I used my allocated towels to dry the cushions the towels became soaked. Went to exchange wet towels and was told no because I had already used my allocation for day. If not going to allow more than 3 towels cushions should be removed at night or placed on side to drain water

One of my favorite Hotel in Mallorca, Junior Suite is the best option, but most amazing is people who welcome you, ..my 9th stay here. Great Thanks to Claudia, most proffesional, smiling beauty at a front desk. She made me feel special guest and always ready to help in any issue. all the best

me and my family enjoy once again our summer vacation is this excellent hotel, the staff in general is great , my son love the kids club activities and the team is amazing , May, Paola, Tere, Nacho, Sara, Romina made his time there unforgettable , me and my wife also enjoy the food at the cosa nostra restaurant for lunch the chef there is excellent , the dinners at the Merkado restaurant were also an amazing experience , good quality food and Critina our server did every night such amazing job that we could not wish more , for Drinks Raul, Laura and Albert will ensure you have the most delicious cocteles in Mallorca , the sport activities also make you stay in shape lead by Pablo , Victor , Romina and Nacho ( great salsa classes ) for these and many other reasons Melisa South beach is and will be our family summer vacation place forever, they ensure you have a amazing experience,

On arrival, I was queueing to check in. A woman ignored the queue and went straight to a receptionist to check in. The reception didn’t say anything. Rude people shouldn’t be encouraged. Completing the online check-in didn’t make anything quicker. We liked the junior suite. It has more space than a one bedroom apartment. Housekeeping on 3rd floor worked very efficiently. Very small lifts. Kids liked the pools. One day, a big group of people were playing ball games in the family pool. Everyone else had to stay in the corners of the pool. Pool guard and security told them to go. Well done! One morning we arrived at breakfast at 10:05. There was no plain croissant left. They didn’t put out more. Same thing happened to plain yogurt twice. Loud music started before 9am on some days. One morning a boy started playing football around 7am. Good restaurants around. They allow smoking. Many shops nearby. Nice beach. Not too busy.

Very nice hotel. I only removed one star because of the weird bathroom, which also led to the AC being unable to adequately cool the room. But other than that, super spacious family room, where the second bed was a real one (not a pull out, uncomfortable sofabed). We splurged on this stay and got the penthouse with Level access. It was great not having anyone thumping above. The Level lounge was cool - we got to check in there, not at reception. They have snacks and soft drinks going all day. We definitely took advantage of the complimentary water there. Breakfast service was super slow - they definitely need more staff. But speaking of staff, everyone was super friendly. A special thank you to Alejandro (Level) and Alex at reception. We also loved that they let us stay past check out and use the facilities, including the shower at the spa. Lastly, not a deal breaker for us, but there is music going pretty much all day. If you’re looking for a quiet, serene hotel to enjoy sea views, this is not the place for you.
