Ok conférence hôtel
A big resort in Campinas. But surprised it's luxury as the rooms are tired and nothing special. In fact our back door could not even be locked! The food is all ok and buffet style . Nice pool and small gym

really bad
The price is incredibly high and for that you got an old room, with stincking bathroom, a too soft bed and the noise of the highway. The food, that used to be good, it was, to be kind, average. Went for a convention but not going to comit same mistake again. Never more.

Internet access issues - The hotel's policy is to sell internet access to people who attend conventions in its premises
I attended a commercial convention at the Hotel, where I stayed for one day. The hotel has serious internet problems in the convention areas, also the access they provide for people who are attending conventions is free for 30 minutes only. They do this and want to extort people by selling internet access at a price of gold. Therefore, if you need to use internet access when at a convention, you will have serious problems with Royal Palm Plaza. Too expensive for what it offers.

Nice grounds but interior is in need of updates
My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. The grounds and pools were beautiful. The service was great. The food was average. The room was lacking unfortunately. We stayed in one of the regular rooms with a king bed. The mattress was hard and not comfortable. The room was decent sized but the bathroom was SO tiny. You could barely open the door without hitting the toilet. Definitely not room for 2 in there. The rooms are in need of some repairs/updating (paint scratched in some areas and peeling in bathroom, chipped tile, moldy grout in shower and bathroom door water damaged (wood cracked/chipped, paint peeling).

Weekend in Royal Palm: 5 stars relax!!
Wow! Amazing!! From the very beginning when Eduardo answered Back About the kind of room I Wanted til the check out! The hotel is fantastic, it reminded me a Florida resort! Pool, sun, fun! I got the exactly room I have requested: top floor, end of hallway , away from the pool! The room is not fancy, but is clean and comfortable! The pools are fantastic! The service was top! Everything was perfect ! There are 2 employees that deserved extra points for high service: Wellington, from front desk( extremely helpful) and Gilberto, a Walter from the restaurant! They both did a great job! I have one complaint : I gained some weight! Food was delicious!!! Desserts were so yummy! Looking foward to coming back as sooner as possible!!
