Five star service. We had the most relaxing and rejuvenating stay. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble, best hotel staff ever. The facilities were brilliant and food exceptional. Would recommend hotel and will be returning.

Twelve months ago I wrote a review about our stay at the Vincci Seleccion La Plantation del Sur and how good and satisfying it was. Well, as I promised a lovely member of the Team, we would be back and we’ve done just that. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill on the Costa Adeje. The Playa del Duque beach is a short trip away with a shuttle service available. Once again we had a garden villa which has an outside jacuzzi and views over the bay. Walking in to the hotel Reception we were greeted with a wonderful welcome; Luz you are a lovely lady and thank you for your welcome, your attention to detail and your hospitality, it was great to see you. Seeing Olivier again was a joy and we caught up as we were shown to our villa. We opted for half board and we weren’t let down. The service from staff is excellent. It was great to see the lovely Yamila and Sara once again - perfect hostesses along with Damien who endeavour to make sure your dining experience is 100% and do so with a smile. The varying buffets offer fare that covers all tastes and dietary needs are met. Each night has a different International theme. I’d love to see an Italian evening. It was a pleasure to meet Diogo who has a passion for wine and we shared several stories and recommendations linked to one of my favourite topics of wine collecting and appreciation. The housekeeping staff are very attentive and I thank Natalia and Bea for keeping our villa spotless. My only observation is the bath robes need replacing as slightly worn and mine was too small for me. The hotel has a superb Spa. On this visit we didn’t use it which I regret as the treatments on offer are superb. We will, without a doubt, return to this superb hotel and look forward to once again seeing Luz, Yamilla, Sara, Damien and the Team again. A wonderful stay created by a wonderful Team.

I cannot praise this hotel and its staff highly enough. We stayed early November in a garden suite with outdoor whirlpool. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated with a 4 poster bed. We had a large bathroom with a bath, separate shower and separate toilet. There was also a walk-in wardrobe and safe. Our room had a coffee / hot water machine, which was refreshed daily. We received a bottle of Cava on arrival. There were nice touches such as a turn-down service with chocolates. You were definitely given the feeling that nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The buffet restaurant has a nice ambiance and I would recommend a half board package due to the hotel's location (up a steep hill and approx 15-20 walk into main resort). The restaurant is mainly outdoors and has a great view towards the sea. The food was varied and good quality with lots of choice. We also ate in the Night & Fish restaurant, which was expensive but discounted by 50% for those on half board. The pool areas feel quite 'busy' with lots of sunbeds but we always managed to find a quiet spot. There is no annoying music around the pool area - brilliant! There are 5 pools (3 were heated), a baby pool and a beautiful spa with a heated thalassotherapy pool and a 'heat and ice' room to rival the top spas in the UK. I had a 40 minute massage for EUR79, which included 2 hours in the spa however you can just pay a nominal fee to use the spa only. I recommend that you do! There is a pilates and yoga schedule, which seemed popular. If you like to be in town to wander around / eat out / want evening entertainment then this is probably not the hotel for you but the hotel do provide a free shuttle service by taxi into the town. All in all this was a lovely, restful holiday with great food and great service I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Excellent stay, service was brilliant, staff very helpful! Rooms were a good size, cleaned daily and beds turned down for you in an evening’ Breakfast was very good! Plenty of options. Staff again were extremely helpful! Plenty of sunbeds towels placed on for your use. No reserving subbed which was good! Pool service also very good!
