Extremely comfortable hotel
We had a warm welcome to this hotel. The staff were always helpful and pleasant. Incredibly clean everywhere. Food was great and the bed extremely comfortable. I had a birthday whilst we were there and arrived back in the room to find a card,cake and bottle of bubbly from the hotel. There are some lovely relaxing places to chill

Amazing break at a top hotel
Amazing break at a top hotel Review My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend break. We decided to treat ourselves to this hotel as we were not with the kids. We were extremely impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Location- Situated a short 10 minute walk up the hill from the boardwalk, the hotel occupies a prime position and enjoys amazing views of the ocean and much of the coastline surroundings. Hotel grounds- The hotel was extremely clean and has a nice grand/expensive feel to it. It looks stunning. Wide corridors, lush vegetation, gorgeous stone floors and detailed decor on show. Once you are on the ground in the hotel you cannot really see any other buildings/roads, you forget where you are and you feel like you’re in a quiet tropical paradise. There is a decent gym which was open 24 hours. It’s has all the machines for a full body workout and 2 treadmills. My only issue was that the dumbbell weights only went up to 22kg. There’s also a spa which we didn’t use but looked fancy: Room - So nice. We had a delux room which was huge with what we think was an emperor size bed which was really comfy. A large bath and water jet shower. The water pressure was excellent and would fill the bath up in just a few minutes. Lots of wardrobe space with robes and slippers to use daily. The balcony was large and had 2 padded sun loungers on it for us to take in the breath taking views over the coastline. Pools - I think there were 4 or 5 pools. 3 which were heated. These were great and the temperature was just right to swim in February. Never any issues getting a sun bed in the morning and large double bed loungers were available to use for free. We just lay on these all day ordering drinks which the waiter brought to us. Bliss. There is a nice quiet and relaxing vibe around the pool and the clientele seemed to be of the older demographic so it might not suit the more lively type. We loved it. Staff - All really polite and happy to help. There is very good service around the pool and if you can’t find a waiter there are buttons located all around the pool which you press and someone will come over and serve you pretty quickly. The hotel rooms are cleaned in the day and there is also a turndown service before bed. Food - We paid for bed and breakfast. The breakfast was some of the best I’ve had on a holiday. There was a huge variety to choose from and everything was fresh and looked really appealing. Anything you can think of, they had it. Nespresso coffee available from a machines and eggs cooked fresh. Waiters on hand for hot drinks very promptly. We had food at the pool restaurant a few times and it was really nice. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel as we ventured into town on the evenings so I can’t comment on that. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a quiet break with a bit of luxury. We couldn’t really fault it and we will be back again.

Lovely hotel
Have stayed at several hotels in Costa Adeje and found this one to be the best. Lounging round the pool was a pleasure- plenty of sun beds and towels and the treat of fresh fruit/drinks brought to you. Breakfast is amazing. Cannot fault the service. Everyone was polite and cheerful Enjoyed the outdoor Pilates sessions with Moses. We will definitely return.

A wonderful hotel!
I stayed here for 5 days between Christmas and New Year in a garden villa with family. The hotel is very well maintained and clean and the staff are a real credit to the hotel. Every single employee was friendly, attentive and professional. I was particularly impressed that the staff would remember certain details (for example, that I liked 2 tea bags in my teapot - simple, I appreciate but means a lot when there are a 150 odd guests). We stayed for the NYE gala dinner and it was wonderful! The food, drink and party atmosphere was probably one of the best I've experienced (and I have been coming to the island for Christmas and NYE for over 30 years). The little touches in the room were sweet (cava and nibbles in the room on arrival along with some bottles of water). I especially liked the little real life plant that they give you to take home. I still have mine and will plant it properly when its grown. We only did B&B so I cannot speak for the evening meals but the breakfast was decent with lots of options (including GF / vegan - no one in our party but flagging here for info). We did, however, take advantage of the cava at breakfast! I booked this hotel because I know its location. I know some could be put off by the hill (which is known as cardiac hill) but taxis are easily accessible and the walk down to the shops isn't too bad if you are able to walk. There is a spar supermarket down the hill towards the Grand Hotel El Mirador which is closer than some of the others if you want drinks for the room etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel - its one of the better ones in the area!
