Getting out of the snow!
The service of staff is great! A shout out to Jhandi at the beach…he was wonderful! Our water in our bathroom was not working and we needed to switch rooms, which was inconvenient. A fire alarm was randomly going off during the entire trip; even in the middle of the night. The pool area did not have a lot of seating and we stayed on the beach, which was beautiful. The lack of balcony rooms is a deterrent. Overall it is a nice resort, but I’m unsure if I would go there again.

Poor Resort
Overall poor experience. Food was not great at all, and there was leaks from the ceiling dripping into buffet pans. Also had my crocs stolen by housekeeping from outta my own room. Pool bar/service and entertainment were the only positive things about the resort

Lovely vacation
Grounds are lovely - the beach has soft white sand, and the pools are clean and large. Drinks are plentiful and the food is surprisingly good. (The Mexican place was especially delicious.) The rooms are clean with comfortable beds, and the facilities overall are decently maintained. It can be hard to get chairs on the beach, and there can be a wait for the different restaurants so plan accordingly.

Amazing Stay, Unbelievable Beaches, Incredible Restaurants!!
My son and I visited last week. It was an amazing experience with stunning views, the BEST BEACHES, and top notch service! We tried to utilize all the amenities offered. The restaurants are amazing and we never had an issue any time we wanted to eat, we were able to get right in without wait. We utilized the inhouse booking agent and secured an amazing day trip full of ziplining, atv'ing, and swimming in a Cenote. They arranged all transportation! The entire stay was absolutely top notch. We will definitely be going back here again with more family!

Great experience
Just came back from Dreams sand it was amazing. Can’t say enough about the staff. Always cheerful they go above and beyond to make your experience a good one. Best beach service goes to Jhandi he was amazing would call you by name and service was exceptional. He was definitely the best server we had by far. Food was great didn’t have to make reservations except at the Asian restaurant. Hotel was so clean and staff were always cleaning. The one downfall was the pillows were so uncomfortable. Overall it was a great hotel. The best beach
