About the Hotel
The Riviera Maya has its share of luxury hotels, but sophisticated Grand Residences Riviera Cancun is a notable exception to the area's crowded mega resorts. The luxurious beachfront property only a half hour drive from Yucatan's busy hub is snugly protected by a nature reserve and is fronted by a private white sandy beach. The quaint fishing village of Puerto Morelos—famous for its coral reefs, dense jungle and quiet beaches—is a quick stroll away. Roomy villas and suites modeled after colonial-style haciendas are designed in hues of burnt orange with dark wood accents and colorful wall art. They face the turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean and include large living areas, kitchens and private terraces plus high-tech creature comforts such as complimentary wireless Internet access, iPod docks, and large LED-screen televisions.

Amazing staff and Food
We stated at the Grand residences between Dec. 7 and 14th, 2024, and were delighted with the experience. For context, we've been doing the resort thing for around 24 years, having stayed at ~20 3-5 star resorts in: Mexico, Dominican, Jamaica, Cuba and Costa Rica. We found the service, and the food quality to be exceptional at the Grand Residences. With the private pick up and drop off at the airport being a nice bonus. We stayed with a ocean view junior suite, in building 2. Good room, clean, neat and tidy...with a bottle of Jack upon arrival. Shout out to staff: Sebastien at the beach bar, Raul at the pool bar and Elias the driver! Amazing service. The resort was very quiet, and we never had an issue finding a beach chair, reservation at a restaurant or a bartender to make a refreshing drink. Only downside we found was that there was a lack of 'things to do' as there no entertainment after dark, and not even a pool table. There were some singers every now and then, but could have had a bit more entertainment. If you're looking for a chill location with great service and food...this is you place.

Amazing hot
Amazing hotel. Our villa was amazing! So spacious, the private pool and hot tub was spectacular. Very clean hotel! Staff all very friendly. The girls at the kids club were so attentive and my kids loved spending time there. Our concierge Liza was also amazing. She was always available to answer our questions. We will definitely be going back in the future!

Reflexology Bliss
Ana’s reflexology was the best treatment I’ve ever had on my feet. She helped me get rid of pain in my sciatica. I would highly recommend her! I will be back again and will visit the spa for another amazing treatment with her. Thank you Ana for the exceptional service.

Outstanding Villas and service by all employees. Food was great at all restaurants. Love the location. Short 10 minute ride to town. Didn't have to hear any over served customers Music around the pool area was not to load, No beach sales when on the beach.

The best relaxing place +
So relaxing, A little too much, but split it up, between two resorts Good food was delicious , premium drinks and great location for activities. Beach and waves were awesome. Highly recommend body surfing. Food was top notch. Make sure to order the best pillows too.
