Hyatt Zilara Cancun

My wife and I had an excellent time on our honeymoon at the Hyatt Zilara. The food was delicious and there was a great variety every day. There were many activities available throughout the hotel including some to party and some to relax for all types of vacation types. And the view of the ocean was incredible. We did not want to leave. Lastly the staff was all very friendly and helpful with any question we had. One server at the buffet, Roberto, was the most friendly and attentive waiter I have ever experienced.

We had an extremely relaxing time enjoying this beautiful resort. We experienced top notch service from the excellent staff- all so friendly and attentive! Loved the specialty restaurants and the buffet was also good. Really enjoyed the mixology classes and specialty cocktails! Can’t wait to come back after their upcoming remodel!!!!

It was an amazing experience! Anyone on their honeymoon should come! The restaurants and the entertainment are absolutely fantastic! Especially the culinary experince romantic dinner on the beach is just wow! Don’t skip it in this great service and great food 😄

Family decided for the first time to spend Christmas in another country. We had a great time and the staff was incredible. Rose, Frida, Lorena and Oscar checked on us every day and made our stay special. Rose in particular helped us navigate an issue with our room and made sure all of our concerns and needs were addressed. Also David John made sure we didn’t lift a finger in transporting luggage and bags entire time. The entire team was just instrumental in making our first Christmas away from home a huge success!

We had a great time at this resort! It was fun, the food and drinks were awesome, and the pool and beach were perfect. We have been to several all-inclusive resorts and Hyatt Zilara has some of the best food and service in the industry! We loved every meal we had--from the buffet to Asiana to Marie Marie (Mexican). The service everywhere was exceptional. The room was nice--nothing luxurious--but we did have several days where we couldn't get hot water for our shower. Not sure what that was about? Our only other complaint was that there are not enough chairs around the pool. There are many cabanas--but there is an extra fee for them! We ended up paying $70/day extra to rent a cabana so that we could have chairs--definitely not what we were expecting. But overall, we had a great time and would love to see what this resort looks like after renovations (parts of the resort were definitely looking tired).
