Beautiful resort, right on the water, the food is good and the staff is extremely welcoming and kind. The entertainment team, especially Fermin, Arturo, and Yunuel were the friendliest, most welcoming staff on the entertainment team. 100% would reccomend to anybody.

I took a long weekend trip to Cancun. My room was an oceanfront suite that on the top floor of the hotel with a completely unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea. Nice big shower, comfy bed, and room service all made the room great. The resort arranged transportation from the airport which made the travel hassle free. I didn't even leave the hotel my entire weekend. The pool spans the length of the entire resort with an infinity edge that just blends right into the ocean for as far as the eye can see. It was an incredible experience! I can't wait to go back again.

This place was absolutely amazing! Guest nutritionist Danielle was great and brought so many party favors ! Smoothies were amazing as well ! I felt like an absolute princess at this property. Food was ok I wish the habachi was better but definitely had many options to choose from. The whole fish was my favorite!

Home away from home!! The staff at Hyatt Zilara go above and beyond to make you feel like family. This is the only place I have traveled that I get sad when I have to leave. Literally the bestbplace to stay hands down! The food, the beach, the staff, the entertainment are all top notch!
