This resort was breathtaking! The customer service was top tier and the food was amazing. Absolutely 10/10 I have no complaints. And shoutout to my girl Shakira!!! She held us down at the pool side the entire trip. She was so energetic and funny.

We would like to sincerely thank Oscar Mariq Marie for his exceptional service during our stay. Despite the busy Christmas season, Oscar served us with genuine kindness and professionalism. While some servers understandably looked tired from the holiday rush, Oscar stood out with his warm attitude and composed manner. From guiding us to our seats, recommending dishes, to the way he placed each plate with care — every part of his service left a lasting impression. Thanks to Oscar, our Christmas holiday became even more memorable. We were truly touched by his dedication and hospitality.

Another Excellent Experience
We celebrated a birthday at Hyatt Zilara Cancun a few years ago and one friend decided to to celebrate here, as well. The service and food were outstanding again. The facilities were very clean and we're excited to see the changes after the renovation.

Best all inclusive in Cancun, hands down!
Hyatt Zilara Cancun is the best all inclusive resort I have every stayed at. There are several reasons but the main reason is the location. Every single room has an ocean view, and overall the resort is located right on the beach so you're constantly hearing the ocean waves and it's always right there. Folks travel to Cancun for the ocean, and it's always right on top of you which is the whole point. Zilara also has a huge gym, complete with lap pool that faces west which is awesome for late afternoon dips once the sun sets on the main pool on the beach side. And to clarify, it is 100% adults only. I've been here twice now, and there's zero doubt I'll be back for a 3rd 4th and 5th trip as well. Highly recommended!

Perfection
Absolutely perfect! Clean and spotless Food amazing Staff beyond friendly Entertainment great spa was wonderful too Pools were amazing and the beach was spotless and white sand ! I have told everyone I know to book here ! Just need air conditioning in the lobby for the entertainment
