JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa

Wonderful stay at JW Marriott Cancun! We stayed 3 nights in a suite (upgraded as Titanium). This hotel is in immaculate condition inside and out, and the service and facilities were top notch. Family-oriented but also great for adult couples. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful and well managed property and provides an amazing view of the Caribbean Sea. We had a great overall experience and everything from check in to check out was smooth. The check in staff gave us room with a surreal view of the turquoise waters on my request as we celebrated our daughter's birthday there. The staff is very friendly and always eager to help. The areas are neat and clean, and the staff works very hard to maintain the property. The restaurants are affordable, and we did not have to shell out exorbitant amount of money to eat during our stay. Bus stop is right outside the property and convenient to take the ferry. Pizzeria 750 is a lifesaver, and we had the most amazing pizza there at a very reasonable price of $25 for its jumbo size. Had good food at beachside restaurant also. The location is safe though we did not venture out. I am happy that we did not opt for all-inclusive resort as we had a better experience with this upscale property. I would highly recommend this property for stay to anyone planning stay in Cancun Hotel Zone. A few things could have been better like providing a tea/Coffee machine in the common area. It was inconvenient to go back to the room from beach to have tea/coffee. This complementary service may be very useful to the guests. Also drinking water bottles should be provided without calling room service. We did not like drinking water from bathroom taps and had to ask room service serval times a day.

Always an enjoyable stay at the JW Marriott Cancun. We have been there well over 10 times (maybe 12 or 13)m over the years and always enjoy it. The hotel is always beautiful and the staff is amazing. Want to give a shout out and thank you to our friends for years in the lobby bar. Freddy is amazing and so is Atalia. Always a pleasure seeing them as we have been friends for years. Always good to catch up especially hearing about their children. Tessia and the rest of the staff at the lobby bar are also very warm and friendly. Want to also thank William and Javier who took care of us in the cabanas. They were great helping us and taking care of us for our visit and going out of there way. Can't also not say anything about the servers around the pool. We love seeing Jose (Acado now) Like Freddy and Atalia, he has been a great friend of our for years and it is always a pleasure to see him and share family stories of what has happened since last visit. Can't wait to come back and visit. Hopefully after March. Already looking at it.

Our first stay in cancun and loved every moment. We stayed with club 91 access and so grateful to the hotel staff and especially concierge Francisco Ibarra who helped us book couples massage and a wonderful private tour of Chichen Itza with Mario transfers which we also highly recommend along with tranfers to and from the airport. Also Ana Tagle and all the club 91 team helped us find our way around and made us feel so welcome. We found everyone to be helpful and attentive and our family loved the pool and all the amenities the hotel had to offer. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to go back again soon! The hotel has an amazing team and highly recommend if you are looking for great time for your family vacation in Cancún.

We enjoyed staying here for 9 nights during Christmas. The property is well maintained. The grounds are well kept. The lobby is grand and nicely decorated for the holidays. Our check-in/out process was quick and easy. Staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to offer assistance. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony had a nice view of the ocean and the adult pool. Housekeeping and turn down service were excellent. We dined in all the restaurants, including the coffee shop and room service. Services and food were very good. The hotel offered daily activities for guests to enjoy, especially during this holiday season. It is conveniently located within walking distance to a number of restaurants. It's is a short 10 minutes taxi ride from the major shopping areas and about 25 minutes from the airport. This is a great place to stay in Cancun.
