Nestled along the beach in Cancun's hotel zone, the JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa constitutes a quiet refined oasis among the surrounding din. Elegant details set the resort apart from its peers. A delicate flower scent permeates the welcoming lobby and guests can frolic around four outdoor swimming pools. The infinity-edged main pool threads through the landscaped grounds and fronts the pristine powdery sand. Jump the diving pool's deep end and explore the built-in artificial reef. Dotted with beach chaise loungers and shady palapas, the 700-foot beach beckons to linger. The cerulean ocean is the resort's ubiquitous backdrop and all 448 rooms have private balconies where to take in the view. Appointed in classic style, roomy accommodations (the smallest measures 465 square feet) feature sitting areas with lively color accents, wireless Internet access, 32-inch flat-panel televisions and twice-daily maid service. Bathrooms are exquisitely marble-bedecked with separate tubs and showers.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary and it was an excellent experience. Particularly, Alfredo was very helpful in the lobby restaurant on a rainy and gloomy day and was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend staying and dining here.

Alfredo was a great server!!! Food was great, this is not an all inclusive resort so you will have to pay for food separately but there are good options. The staff is really nice and helpful. It was a ghost town in November!! The weather was great and we had a super relaxing time!!

Alfredo was our server and he was amazing! We ordered the chicken fajitas to share and they were amazing! He took great care of us and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied! Will definitely be back to eat here again on our trip! 10/10 would recommend

Great service, definitely will be back... Alfredo was a great server and ensured everything was up to par. He explained the menu and answered any questions that we had. Very knowledgeable and great attitude. Will try to come back again tomorrow.

Stayed in the resort for the first time in Cancun and it was great. A little outdated but newly renovated hotel. Some part is still under renovation. Breakfast was cosy and nice. Gift shop was a big help, selling range of items from pizza and drink to adaptors and medicine. Great bar and nice beach . Didn’t have a chance to eat much in hotel, the Italian restaurant we dined was ok (service was better than food) but we didn’t try Asian restaurant in hotel. Spa and tennis courts are great. Rooms were ok, not very big and have balconies with beach views. Staffs were ok. I still think there could be better service with overall experience.
