Kempinski Hotel Cancun

This hotel is located on the beach and is lovely. The rooms are spacious and the amenities in the room are numerous. From my balcony, I can see the pool and a good part of the ocean. The pool water is perfect and the grounds are very well maintained. The staff at the hotel as professional, helpful and accommodating. When you have a need, you can expect it to be taken care of within minutes. Super responsive.! Margarita who cleaned my room was amazing. Everything is perfect. Margarita has a great eye for attention to detail. The beds and pillows are comfortable so you can expect a good night sleep. The airconditioning unit in my room works very well. The staff on the beach check on guests frequently so if you need something, a staff member is only a few feet away. I ordered fish tacos and it was delivered within 10 minutes. The only negative was that the "fish tacos" contained very little fish and more veggies. I also had the opportunity to eat in one of their restaurants and, while the food was good, the service was amazing. Again, great attention to detail. I am looking forward to returning to this property.

We actually attended a wedding there we were asked to buy water from the gift shop or pay to bring it in from outside even for babies The couple getting married stayed there with 7 other guests we were totally shocked & disgusted the couple paid +$60k for holding the ceremony there We were all glad that we had picked the Paradisus hotel Cancun to stay The hotel services settings were so uplifting Maybe we got spoilt at Paradisus Simply magical hotel.+5*

Very high level on the service from all staff, yet friendly and informal. All rooms with a sea view. Good food. Pleasant beach area. It is located in the zona hotelera where the hotels line up in a gigantic row. The Kempinski has a longer stretch of beach than most

The best hotel to stay in Cancun, expensive, but the best in service, best beach and the hotel itself is a beautiful place to stay, highly recomened. the rooms are always made twice in the morning and at night, very good food, friendly staff.perfect location with Puerto Madero restaurant in front of the property.

This hotel is NOT all-inclusive. You have to pay extra at the hotel for all-inclusive. I've booked this hotel through Costco, and it was my bad not to pay attention to the all-inclusive when I booked. Even though I did go to their website, and it has title all-inclusive. Be careful when booking this hotel!
