Ok - not the best for an all-inclusive resort
For an all-inclusive resort, your dining options are very limited, and you are apparently required to carry your room key at all times (even while in the pool) even though you are wearing an all-inclusive bracelet. The waiters are very slow in the buffet restaurant - it's a buffet, what do they really have to do? Seems their biggest concern is to have you sign the ticket at the end of your meal so you can give them a tip. Most all-inclusive resorts don't expect you to tip their bartenders and waiters.

Alex and Rodrigo are excellent the make our vacation fun, the bingo game was amazing and fun and also the Mexican lottery was our first time and I won a beach bag, thanks so much guys for this amazing vacation Rodrigo and Alex are the best, we gonna miss you

Nice resort if you have a view
Nice resort, if you have a view. We have a view of the street. Also, if you want a lawn chair, GOOD Luck, unless you go at 6am and put your towel on early.

Royal Cancun
Staff at resort went above and beyond especially Reynaldo. The resort is quaint, and laid back. Perfect for couples looking for a quiet vacation. Children are allowed at the resort which is fine as there is a pool for children. The food was good and servings were plentiful.

Excellent accommodations! Francia is THE best maid!! She was friendly and personable and did an EXCELLENT job cleaning our unit!! We were very happy with her service and hope to have her every time we come back. The Royal Cancun is a very, very nice hotel with super nice staff!
