This resort was fabulous! Rooms are superior. The staff....omg! amazing!!! The beach is gorgeous not overly busy. Food is delish. I personally highly recommend this little gem!! The Italian restaurant was my favourite. Would definately go back.

Overcharged and lots of kids
This is an overpriced hotel for what it is. I’m not saying it’s a bad place but it’s not worth the money. The food was OK at best. The gift store charged me $18 for a bag of pretzels and a candy bar the ATM had a 12% fee to get money out. The front desk staff couldn’t even figure out the Internet. Oh, unless you have 100 kids this is not the place to be

Beautiful and enjoyable resort
My wife and I love the resort. It's right on the ocean and the waters are beautiful, we spent a lot of time by the pool and on the beach. The resort offers many restaurants and we greatly enjoyed all the food that we had. In addition, you could have a drink whenever you wanted. The room was very comfortable and clean. We were most impressed by the great service. Everyone was friendly and professional and we never had to wait for anything.

Fun in Cancun!
We had a wonderful stay at Alltra! The rooms were comfortable, staff very friendly and the entertainment fun. We enjoyed dinner at the Sunset Restaurant with Salomon and Daniel, as well as drinks at the bar with Fernando. We felt safe and that the quality for the price was great.

Oh What a Beautiful Wedding Week
The staff is so accommodating and kind. They offer "service from the heart." Our room was spotless, and our bed was perfect. We were there form my daughter's wedding, and Sabina, our wedding coordinator, took away all the stress and handled it ALL! It was a beautiful wedding week!
