We have just returned from Cannes and had the most wonderful stay at Le Cavendish! The hotel is beautiful, an excellent location in the heart of Cannes. You are so close to the beach, and many great restaurants. The staff are so friendly and made us feel so welcome, this wasn’t our first visit and we will certainly be back!

Such a lovely hotel with warm, friendly staff. We booked one of the Rotunda rooms and it did not disappoint. Gorgeous and spacious room and bathroom plus a huge (furnished) balcony with views of the city below. Great AC and a very comfy bed. Lots of closet space for storage and hanging clothes. We loved the evening wine service (6:30 to 8:30 pm) -- offering prosecco, white, rose and red wines + beer and soft drinks. To make it even more special -- the staff serve you snacks including olives, charcuterie, chips and nuts. A great stop for a pre-drink and appy before you head out to dinner...:) The hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was always refreshed daily and looked perfect when we returned from exploring each day. The staff (and owner - Johan) are great at offering suggestions for dining and places to visit (including beach resorts) and will gladly make reservations for you. Other staff shout-outs to Maria and Rolph (such a sweet guy who has been at the hotel for 25 years) -- they were beyond sweet and just a joy to deal with. The antique elevator was super cool and just added to the overall experience while at the hotel. We loved our time here and would gladly return whenever we plan to be back in beautiful Cannes.

Great value for Cannes in September. 10 mins walk to beach and old town. Very quiet hotel with good air con. Great staff and nice rooms. Pretty good breakfast. Nice touch of free drinks every evening from 1830-2030. Very helpful staff and very attentive.

Great Hotel in a beautiful belle epoque building close to the old town and the famous Croisette but still far away enough from the touristy noise. The staff is helpful and friendly, always there to help and greet you with a smile. There is an amazing old wooden elevator that was renovated and gives the perfect finish to the overall classic interior of the place. One highlight for sure are the complimentary drinks and snacks every evening! Sparkling wine, white wine, rose, beer and soft drinks are free for two hours! Guests gather to enjoy some drinks and some might even use the opportunity to make new friends or have a little flirt! We would absolutely recommend this place!

I absolutely loved the hotel! Everything about it was fantastic. The location is unbeatable, and the service is excellent—especially Johan, who truly went above and beyond. He made sure we knew about the best places to visit and eat and even managed to get us reservations at top restaurants that were showing as fully booked! The suite we stayed in was charming and impeccably clean. The happy hour was a wonderful experience—a great opportunity to meet and mingle with other guests, and the staff made it even better. Overall, this is a great hotel with amazing people. Highly recommended!

We found this to be a first class hotel with a wonderful staff and first rate breakfast. It is located about an eight minute walk from the waterfront and five minutes from the main shopping street. The location has a number of good dinning spots less than two minutes away, is only 20 yards away from the bus stop that goes to and from the Nice airport, and within about 500 yards of the main train station. Our room was spacious and stylish, and the hotel's open bar in the evenings is very well stocked. I highly recommend the Cavendish.
