I stayed at Cape Grace with my wife and 11 month old daughter for a week in January. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the experience was outstanding. The team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our daughter with a play tent, cot, sterilising equipment, nappy bin and baby monitor all provided for us and ready in the room upon arrival. The hotel has been recently renovated to an incredibly high standard including the fastest filling bath I have ever encountered in my life. We had multiple meals in the restaurant and from room service and thought the quality and variety was great. The concierge was always on hand to support on multiple fronts. This included helping us to organise a babysitter so we could go out for dinner to organising complementary taxis within 10km of the hotel. A final word to the staff who were all highly professional, friendly and helpful. If you are first time visitor to Cape Town like me, I would highly recommend Cape Grace.

From the minute we arrived the service was outstanding! Brenda was a star! Graceful & knowledgeable too 😊 High tea was delicious & plentiful with so must attention to detail in all the sweet desserts. Highly recommend! The position just adds to the splendour of this Hotel

A good, classic hotel with a great location and beautiful common areas. Pool area is a bit small and the staff tended to mix up orders and forget things etc. Always friendly but perhaps not so experienced in hospitality. Food was ok but nothing special. But all in all a good choice. not least for its proximity to the Waterfront.

Had a wonderful stay at the Cape Grace hotel in the Victoria Alfred Waterfront area of Cape Town. It’s a great location, close to many eateries, a lot of activities and some great shopping. The hotel itself has a very impressive restaurant and friendly staff. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfy. We stayed three nights and were very content during our visit. The views from the waterfront room were nice and it was very quiet. We were mere footsteps from breakfast/lunch/dinner options, and many activities including the aquarium, Ferris Wheel, boat/harbir excursions and a lot of photo opportunities. The room came equipped with coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, and plenty of plug ins for devices. We also had comfortable robes to wear as we unwind from our day. Thank you, Cape Grace & staff members!

Cape Grace is the Best hotel in Cape Town. It is in the perfect location, in the heart of the V&A Waterfront, very secure, huge rooms with the best views of the harbor or Table Mountain, and the best, most accommodating service! This hotel is a must stay while in Cape Town. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! Their breakfast was also phenomenal and included! Special shout out to the most amazing Nicole, who was beyond helpful in making our stay the best, as well as the servers at breakfast who showed phenomenal customer service and care and made us want to come back and stay at Cape Grace anytime we’re in Cape Town, Sinaso, Trevor, Letty, and Janine! You will not regret choosing to stay at Cape Grace!
